Good renovated . no baby changing table
It was good and service was ok
Place was remodeled but service was horrible! After seating down we waited 20 min before the cashier came and took our drink order. We waited 10 more minutes for a waitress to acknowledge is and take our order. About 1hr later we decided to leave, since our food was never brought out and about 2 other tables left without being served. Rate a 0 stars!
The lady taking our order could not even take her time to check if they had spaghetti she asked a co worker across from us who was just sitting on top of the booths and he said “idk” she then looks at us and says “no” … they have gnats probably because they don’t pick up the left over food/plates. We were the only ones there besides another family and nobody seemed to cleaned the tables. Food was just ok
This place is grungy, filthy, and disgusting. The floors had trash all over the place, the tables had food all over them, and then there's the gnats and flies issue. I don't even wanna know what the kitchen looks like, because I have a feeling it looked like the restroom.
The food was good. The staff were rude. We won't return for a while because of the staff. I'm pretty certain they won't be there a few months.
Service was fast and food was good till I seen bugs flying around, went to eat my bowl of fruit and seen a live bug. Would have atleast appreciated a apology. Needs to be cleaner.
I've eaten at Denny's all around Houston Tx. For over 15 yrs. Pasadena has the worst service I've ever seen the Spencer location terrible service Slow as hell. Pasadena freeway location was 5star until last couple years now worst service ever , actually walked out tonight around 11pm not busy but yet sat for ten minutes never got acknowledged..
Food is always good, waiters are good , but man the lady that works the cash register takes forever !! Waited 15 minutes just to pay the bill
I work. 4 this restaurant many years. And believe me I miss this restaurant.Gracie is the best GM….. U can ever have I know they miss her …Cause I do.I Work 4 Dennys and it change my life in many waysI stop work 4 this Restaurant because I moved back 2 St. Louis mo and I wish i didn’t BUT I will be back 2 visit this place As soon as possibleI just want 2 say I love my customers and I miss them Dearly….they know who Ruth isThis was the best 5 years of my life dealing with them and my team. We wear the best. !!!!!!
