Tried these cookies for dessert after dinner and they were amazing! Yes, they’re on the sweet side and quite gooey in the middle, but if that’s your ideal cookie, then Crumbl is your ideal place! Will definitely come again and try their other seasonal flavors.
My best friend raved about this place forever and I'm not a believer of one who says something is the best so I went for myself. When I walked in, I noted the cleanliness, the wall art. It was pleasant to the eye. I stood there taking in the place as I waited to order. It didn't smell the aroma of fresh baked cookies as strongly as I expected but that means nothing, maybe they have great vents. I got my choice 4 cookies (key lime pie, triple chocolate chip, peanut butter ft. snickers and milk chocolate chip) I liked using the pad to order, cuz I didn't feel rushed. The employee asked if my order was correct, showing me the cookies in the box. They looked like they were having a good time at work which shows a good atmosphere. I like the simplicity of the box, straight to the point with a baker on it. I tried a sample of each dessert and I was not impressed...they tasted like regular old cookies to me that just cost more. My friend told me how great the key lime was which I do love but the base tasted too doughy. I didn't care for the chocolate chip one cuz it tasted odd to me, like something was missing. The peanut butter one was ok but too sweet for me with the cream and candy on tip. I did like the triple chocolate chip but it was nothing I've never had before. My husband enjoyed them more than I so I'll take it. Won't be back but it was an experience.
Personal I didn't like it it gave me a huge stomach problem for I few days and I didn't even eat the hole thing

I don’t normally right reviews but…My better half ordered some cookies from y’all this morning and asked me what I wanted as she named out the flavors, I said cheesecake. Look, no cookie has any business being that dang good.
Catering service….order 50 big cookies to be ready at 2:00..I get here service is terrible I stand for 15 minutes with no one helping me or telling me anything then when they do ask it’s after 2:00 and they bring the wrong catering order to me and find out mines not even ready …awful service and they don’t even apologize or anything …
Cookies are great but customer service is subpar at best. I usually order delivery via the Crumbl app from the heights location but I wanted to send a gift to a friend near the Pasadena store. I made an order on the app, was charged, and notified that the ordered was in queue for delivery. An hour and a half later, there was no change. So I called the store to ask. The young woman who answered was entirely unhelpful. She repeated that they don’t deliver, insisted I had ordered through door dash (?), and offered no delivery options, explanation, or solutions to the issue. No matter what I asked to get answers or help, she repeated “yea….we don’t deliver.” I finally had to ask for the manager and he assisted in refunding me but was just as unhelpful in finding an answer as to why delivery was an option in the app and why my order was charged but never made or followed up on. It’s just a bad way to run your franchise when you are so unwilling to assist a customer with a paid order that isn’t being made. I’ll stick to my local store from here on out
The best cookies ever! They’re always made fresh and warm and will not disappoint!! They always have new flavors to choose from weekly so it’s exciting to see what they come up with!
Great cookies. Awesome flavors.Different flavors every week. I like the idea.But I want to know when I can get a past flavor again.I guess I’ll just keep checking the Crumbl App. And ordering new flavors.The cycle continues, lol.
Good, love the different flavors each week. The Pasadena, TX lacks some training. I’ve gone multiple times… there’s usually a small issue.Today’s was getting a cornbread cookie with no topping. Luckily I checked my curbside order and saw that, so walked back in to get it fixed. Today was not busy at all.
