Would have given a perfect review. The taste of food was what I remembered growing up. The speed and service were flawless up until the fact they forgot my order when I sat at my table. My buzzed never went off. Other than that. One of the most impressive CICIs I've been too. This being said there were at near capacity when we arrived. An unbelievable line of people arrived from nowhere. I haven't seen that many people since the 90s at a pizza place.
Everyone here at the Cici's located at 3421 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena, Texas (store #37) is friendly. The salad, pasta, and pizza are all fresh & the best tasting we've had from any location. We were there at quite a busy time, & it was kept very clean, the buffet, floor, walls, tables as they were vacated, everything. Assistant manager, Ethan M., is not only professional, & friendly, he is personable & beyond helpful. Thank you for a great experience.I highly recommend this Cici's location.
I have gone to many Cicis pizza locations and I have to say that this location is by far the best I’ve been to.Pizza is always fresh and hot and they always have a variety of pizzas. Salad bar is superb and it’s always nice and clean. Thank you Angela for making our lunch visit a great one ?
Love this location. There's a manager here whose name I never get but the guy is great. Always polite and makes sure you have the pizza you want. Pizza is always good here as well ??
Great food , and great service , and "no plate left behind" . Polite and food areas clean as well as when I walked into the men's room ( the bathroom) smelled clean and sanitary. Also to mention if I needed something it was promised and was presented quickly. Lots of room , lots of clean area for children. Thanks for being there. Not just pizza "but beyond"!
It was so much nicer and cleaner than the other cicispizza I went to on Fuqua.Customer service was awesome as well. Very attentive employees there.
I went in today to order pizza for a party. Cashier was very kind and manager on duty was very helpful and kind when I asked about the online special. My pizzas were hot and ready at the exact time promised and I will definitely use them again for my next party. Thank you for the great customer service.

This is a good place for family and friends to gather. It has become a yearly tradition after our toys for tots end of the year is stop and have pizza with the family. Great food and the management doesn't mind how long we stay
Me and my kids love this place! We go almost every weekend. Staff is friendly and honestly the only cicis I love going to because of the cleanliness!
