Not alot of different varieties of pizza ? to choose from.Plenty of salad toppings for salad bar, probably the best out of the whole cafe area.Dessert had one one option.Overall wasn't very satisfied.
Disappointed, the very tall man working the counter told us that at 8:30 the buffet would be closed and not putting out any more pizza (we came in at 8:15) I guess thanks for the heads up before spending $20 to not eat, but if y’all are going to do that you should change the time online. It says 10. We went to the one deeper in Pasadena and it was waaayyy better than this one has ever been!
Worst place ever!!! Witnessed the manager (tall and oversize), being very rude to an Asian lady and the small boy. They informed thr manager about the games not working. They didn't want the money back they just wanted him to put an "out of order" sign. He said, "there is a sign" Well, I can tell you there WAS NO sign. He walked away and continued working. Very rude. If he is rude to customers why should I eat here.
I love Cicis. I have been going to the Cicis closest to where I live since I was little and I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food and the staff. You can feel the depression when you walk in the door no music nothing playing on the TV's. The food is old and cold and when you request a pizza they just put it out and don't say anything. I will never come to this location again.
Hard to get the pizza you want here though I like the idea of a pizza buffet apparently so do parents who have 30 kids and refuse to watch them while in public food was good but place was very very cramped kids running around like end times and bathrooms needed a bith of cleaning found it hard to get a pizza request in a s well....
Employee very rude would not make a fresh pizza there was 5 ppl at our table so we had to wait till it was convenient for him
We were ignored by everyone after we paid. Food was lukewarm at best. During the 40 mins we were there saw 4 pizzas come out of the oven each one the exact same pizza. When I went up to ask about a particular pizza bring made was ignored. 2 ladies including manager sat on their phone the entire time I was there. Even the pasta and pasta sauce was cold... I will never come back to this one ever again I'll go to my usual place that the manager interacts with everything. Definitely seems like manager doesn't give any care to her place. They didn't even have trays to carry the food with
Not very clean. Minimal pizzas offered but if you want to take your kids to a place that's somewhat inexpensive for five people I guess this is the place to go it's still worked out till about 10 bucks a person. It works it's okay even in crunch
Food was great. They were a little busy. Everything was clean, the Manager was a little frustrated but was very polite and helpful prompt and on time.
