This used to be my special go-to place for well prepared Tex-Mex, but today’s visit was very disappointing. They have chopped several excellent choices from their menu, and the beef in the Tacos Al carbon was grisly and looked (and tasted) like it had been steamed and not cooked over a fire. The tortillas were doughy and undercooked, and yet the green sauce was still wonderful. So if you’re going there for just the dips, you’ll be good. I must say that the service was excellent, but the food was blah.

Unique tex-mex flavors done well. Great atmosphere and service. The chips are nice and thin and the salsa has a slight kick and great taste. Even the rice and refried beans have such good flavor you could eat it as a meal. I had the Elvis presley combo which has a little of several things, and too much food to finish! My wife had the shrimp tacos which she Loved! Sooo much shrimp and generous portions. ?

This Chuys has really gone down hill. Was ignored for five minutes at the hostess stand. People kept coming by but no one ever acknowledged us. Finally a woman came from the bar and sat us. Then waited another 5-10 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge us. It was not crowded in the restaurant but he would disappear for a long time, never brought anything we requested unless we asked again and again. Food is fine but nothing to write home about. Definitely our last time here.

Customer service 100% amazing. I made a call early in the morning to set up a meeting for 6pm and they help me reserve a table through the phone and had everything ready for me at that exact time. Chips and salsa are amazing! Food is delicious! Chika chika boom boom! It’s the Bomb!! And waitstaff was amazing! Jennifer was amazing always with a big smile! Waited for my meeting to be over to ask for our order. And the one who received my call she awesome as well!! Totally recommend!!

Friendly staff, food was great and music in the bar was fun!

Terrible service, had to ask for tea refills, no refill on chips and had to seat myself and ask where the hostess and waiter were

The food was pretty good which is what you can expect for a tex-mex restaurant. The service we had was really great! Our waitress Jennifer was very attentive, kind and was giving us other possible options we didn't think of. The alcoholic drink was good as well and the tres Leches cake.

I have always enjoyed my meals at Chuy's. The menu has definitely shrunk down but in a way that's best. Less options to go through. I'm sure if you ask for something that isn't on the new menu they can still make it. I can have their salsas by the bucks!

They said they are known for their Fajitas.. Ummmm ok so they are tough! Gross.. I asked if they had homemade corn tortillas I was told Yes.. they were not! (I'm a Mexican I know the difference) they only have refried beans & they taste like they came out of a can which I'm sure they probably do

Not busy at all, except for our server. He was taking care of at least 5 tables at 1 point, while all others had no more than one. Watched one server leave a table dirty for almost a half hour, and the guests next to us had to get up and grab their own Togo boxes. Several other guests looking around for long periods with no service. Took 20 minutes for tables to be cleared. When we asked for the manager, I almost thought the guy that approached us had just finished crawfishing in the bayou. Raggedy t-shirt, holes in his pants (rips, not those designer kind that come torn), and sweat rings around his ball cap. Told us lots of servers were sick, but the guy that left his table dirty just walked around the whole time we were there. Food wasn't bad and priced right. I've worked in too many restaurants to know that it was anything but laziness. I'm only giving 2 stars because our server at least tried to cover the floor.
