It took forever to get my food, and the chicken was cold.
Idk if I ever left a bad review on this place(probably did) but after the service I had tonight I withdraw that bad review. Tonight Jamaya(hope I spelled that right) took care of me in the drive thru and he was awesome! Super nice and friendly. Usually when we come to this specific church's SOME, NOT ALL of the employees seem disgusted with their job just by the service they provide. Especially when u want spicy, oh goodness that's like the most hateful request from a customer, or so they make it seem. But we still always go back because the chicken is good and I don't regret my decision tonight. The strips were on point, the service, just everything. Jamaya if u read this keep up the good work. Church's ppl u need to give recognition where it's due and give this guy a raise or a promotion because he has been the nicest church's employee I have EVER encountered at any of your establishments. And that's anywhere in Houston/Pasadena.
This location sucks at putting what you order. My mom went last week and realized that they had given her two gravy’s instead of mashed potatoes so today she went and spoke with the manager she plain rudely said no.
3:37 p.m Adaranna at the window told me the apple pies was old I ask can if she give it me half price she said No so they don’t mind giving out old Apple pies at this location.
Took awhile to get your order. The chicken was juicy and rolls were hot.I think they are understaffed rain for the long wait.
Oil was old and could be tasted in the crusted. Ended up upsetting stomachs of both my daughter and girlfriend.
Didn't even mention they didn't have 1/2 gallon drink with order till I asked for it. I didn't even get comp.

Worst customer service. I guess they don’t need the business from customers. Cashier was so rude and took whole time to get the order.
