Honestly for the prices they charge I would have expected more. 3 long tables put together only one table decorated. The mouse came out and did a 5 minute show that was it. 3 dollars for 16 Oz drinks. You spend 600.00 everyone should have been able to eat the salad bar included. Only 2 pizzas for 15 to 20 people everything else is more money. I remember a time where you really got your money's worth!!!!
We purchased the spring special online and went to pick it up at this location. Thinking that we could eat our food there since the only options were “delivery” and “pick up” we had planned to let our children eat and play. The worker at the front desk rudely informed us that we could not stay since our order was a “to go” order. Online it is not listed as to go nor are restrictions listed. The worker was very rude and even held up her finger while talking to us. We were not even persistent on staying she was just very unprofessional. Most of all we had to tell our children that we couldn’t stay when they were so excited. I don’t think I would ever come back to this location or even give Chuck E. Cheese my business again. We were treated poorly for no reason.
First of. Let me just say. I feel like Chuck E. CHEESE is just a relic from the past that is way past its time. The food is absolutely disgusting. The salads bland and lacks freshness as well as variety. The vegetables and lettuce taste stale and dry. The pizza is mediocre at best. I feel anyone who brings their kids to this is just too lazy to bring together the energy to just throw a proper birthday party. It's cringy and torturous to sit through the birthday music. No family intimacy at all whatsoever. Everyone is just crammed in the back along a lane of tables and you're constantly fighting to walk through having to dodge parents and children. The hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. Our food took 30 minutes and all we did was order some wings. The lack of organization on behalf of the workers is extremely obvious. They're young and just there for a paycheck. I'm never coming back to this dump. The games are the highlight in which it encapsulates the old days of arcades. However much that may be on a busy day it doesn't make up for there just being not enough space. Very confined.
Pretty clean place, the food is good and fresh, could use a bit more games for the price you have to pay, but other than the a pretty good place.
Always had a good experience coming here !! Before and after covid never had any issues. Had a birthday party here and had good service !! Will be back again !! Facility is always clean and salad bar as well. Pizza is always hot and fresh and beer is cold !! Kids have a Blast and employees are always very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with kids !!

Had 0 issues at this location, was clean and I just had 3 points taken from a game that needed to be resetted, and they took care of the problem right away for me. Good was good we got the sampler as well and overall well experience
