I come to this chipotle rarely but when I do I always have the same problem getting the simplest thing on the menu, chips. I redeem the point on my app and when I get to the counter and ask for chips, I am LIED to about them not having any. Once I point out that I literally see the chips in the pan from where I am standing, the cashier says “chips are for online orders only.” Why are you saving chips for people that aren’t even here in-person making a purchase? I am there in-person ready to pay for my order and I can’t get it. This is the dumbest rule I have ever heard of, give me the chips so I can enjoy my food.
If i could give this place ZERO stars i would! The service here was extremly poor! First my delivery order was cancelled without providing a reason why. Secondly i was overcharged ! Lastly when I reordered my food which was a bowl with chicken rice and various vegtables i ONLY recieved a bowl of guacamole! I am highly dissapointed at the service at this location! My experience was horrible!
This place is my go to for lunch every week and I never leave disappointed the food is always great and always fresh. They always are on top of cleaning and sanitizing so the place is never dirty compared to other locations. The workers here are the best of the best and so kind and respectful towards the customers and I always feel welcomed every time I come in this location is a 10/10.
Only location in the area I ever have trouble with; Bowl was literally not even half food upon delivery and everything was slanted to one side. The first time I tried to order from this location online, I waited about 10 Minutes after my pickup time to finally be greeted by a crew leader that told me the order would be out shortly, sure enough the rush clears and yet I proceeded to wait another 10 Minutes. Needless to say, I left and refunded my order. Will not be returning to this location.Red Flags; Manager/lead on her phone behind the guy at the register, crew walking around not doing any actual work.This place needs to seriously do better with the hiring process.
Great food, employees were cleaning and wiping down surfaces, and services was fast and friendly! Definitely will return again soon!
Been here a few times in the last 3 months and the servers do not have the best customer service skills, and the toppings were cold. More than 1/2 the bowl was rice. The chicken had a lot of fatty chewy pieces. Overall very dissatisfied
Came to grab a bite to eat at 7:30 on Friday December 3rd. They were out of chips, out of Coke Cola, Sprite, Sweet tea, Hibiscus Lemonade, Berry Agua Fresca and their white rice had a crunch to it as if it was under cooked. This will be my last visit here. This place needs a new manager.
Everything was Great as usual. I got my extra rice and extra bean juice.the meat was hot and fresh. The meal was awesome as usual.my friend was with me and he said he asked for extra rice but the gut serving the food tried to mix the old rice with the fresh rice and it didn't work.the server had to give him all fresh rice after all.i thought that was strange.but. all in all it was still good.( I did ask for queso, the server didn't stir it up first.He should have.He just lifted the scoop straight up and put the cheese on my food. I wished he would of have stirred it first.it did make My other items a tad bit cooler than needed to be).
Bad experience today!! Very disappointedAll tables were dirty, no eating utensils, no napkins, dirty drinking fountains, flavored drink dispensers dirty, two of the dispensers were empty with lids on the tables.We asked for napkins and eating utensils and the young man came out with a box of napkins and just placed them on the counter then came out with a box of forks and began touching the forks with his hands and no gloves just throwing them into the utensil container.We reported this to the Shift Manager and showed her the dirty areas. She said she would take Care of it but just went back and never sent anyone out to clean the dirty tables, floors, drink dispensers or condiment table.This place was not busy and there was plenty of workers.Poor management plus food was cold!!!!!Never will I subject my family to this again!!!!!With this Covid crisis in our society, this place failed in every aspect!!!! Very Very Disappointed
I will never dine here again! I come to this location frequently and the past few times have not been great compared to the past but tonight was the last straw. I came in with 2 friends, one was in a halloween costume. The lady proceeded to say that we can’t get the $5 burritos because she’s not a in a costume. Okay whatever, we try to order anyways and the staff is being incredibly rude, straight up ignoring us, and is focusing on online orders instead of people standing right in front of their face. It took us about 10 minutes to get down the line, and our food was cold by the time we paid and the cashier was running back and forth, obviously confused, and made us sit there and wait. It’s pretty clear no manager is present, and there’s like 7 employees all of which doing their job terribly. The food line and tables in the dining room were all dirty and gross. In the past 2 months they have yet to get their drink machine fixed and the water tap STILL DOES NOT WORK and I’ve complained so many times already. A huge crowd of people come in behind us and those poor people were in line for at least 30 minutes. I go back through the line to get food to go for my dad — they’re out of white rice, queso, fajita veggies, and cheese. Staff is still being super obnoxious and doing their jobs terribly. I give up and my friends and I leave letting them know how bad they are.
