A nice place to be to listen to the managers scrolling their employees. I literally sat here eating my lunch with two managers give an employee a “corrective action” for something that he did or didn’t do. Don’t they have an office in the back to do this? Why do they have to write someone in the middle of the dinner with customers present, and to make it worse, this lady manager with glasses, can she get any louder?! I’m a manager myself, with many employees under my supervision, I never write someone up in front of other people, except for another manager, but when we do it, it happens behind closed doors. This is humiliating to the employee. I think these two called managers should be better trained.
Tasted old , rice was hard. In my opinion they prep to much food that’s why it’s not tasting chipotle fresh. Salad dressing was thick not the usual thickness.
Out of rice and the steak. The girl was unapologetic. She simply said "this is all we got. The lady who checked me out was friendly. I could tell they were tired and over the day.
Love it! Very clean, timely w/ orders, & kind.Update: Today, I am re-reviewing this place because I have noticed a change. Pick-Up orders take a very long time. You’re way better off ordering in person. I feel like this delay is not being caused necessarily because employees are slow, but rather, I notice the delay being caused as a difficulty to read off of the small receipt as far as what the order ingredients are. I was being very observant and feel like they take 3x as long to do an order. Maybe enlarging the lettering or figuring out a better system would expedite the process a bit.
Rude employees with no empathy or customer service skills. Ordered a burrito asked the gentleman to warm my burrito up after it had been wrapped in TWO PIECES of aluminum foil gentleman declined even tho their was no way the cheese in my burrito had melted. I've also had this done at this location before. Left after being denied only to realize that the burrito was extremely cold like not warm at all. Informed them and they just made me another cold burrito. Clerk even profiled me and yelled "sir your card declined" then as I was leaving embarrassing me then apologized because my transaction went through. It took a lot of self restraint to disregard the blatant disrespect. Don't recommend if your a person of color
I went Sunday for lunch and the line moved fast, cashier was nice and he offered add ons. Good services overall at this location better than fairmont.
I decided to grab a burrito bowl before I went in for work. They only had one person working the line, while 2 people were standing back by the grill just chatting and kicking the ish. The person who made my bowl was very stingy with ingredients. This was the smallest serving of a burrito bowl I've had since I started eating chipotle. I went to find a table and had to pass up 2 of them because they were dirty and had food particles on them. I give 3 stars because the staff that served me were nice and the dine-in area was quiet. The soda was also good.
I love this place but, there has been way to many times that I have ordered a burrito from here and they either mostly put rice and lettuce when I ask for double steak or the steak is in tiny little pieces, must admit the flavored is great but they aren't very consistent with making good burritos
This location is better than the one on Fairmont, this location there food is always fresh, the employees take care of you the correct way. If you go to the one off of Fairmont there too busy changing employees, instead of changing the food on the line.
To go orders are extremely slow the past month. They've hired a new employee that doesn't have the same hustle as the old employee and getting the lunch rush orders out on time simply isn't a priority to her. It's kinda more of one of those things where she'll do the orders if she gets around to it. The last 3 visits to the business my call ahead order was ready after walk in orders because she was too busy flirting w a male employee or chitchatting w a female one. The great resignation has left companies with nothing but the Septic tank runoff of employees to choose from but Chipotle has to do better. Will not patronize again
