My first time at this Chili’s and I was excited because it was Date night with my man. And they took a while to seat us at a booth . And then it took another long while for someone to come and serve us any menus . I would say at least 15 mins to come back and ask for our drink order. I didn’t feel welcomed there and the girls were just staring at us like they didn’t want to come serve us. We were about to leave and go somewhere else until the Bartender came and asked for our food orders . I’m sorry to say the food was not too good either. I don’t recommend coming to this Chili’s but maybe it was just me that I had a bad experience. The only reason we didn’t leave sooner was because we were to into our conversation that I didn’t noticed nobody was coming..? But yea. I’m never going there again
Worst restaurant and worst management. I invited my brother and his family to dinner on Mother’s Day and when we arrived at a restaurant the waitress told us we had to wait 45 minutes because there was no table. I asked her can we sit outside? She answered yes. We sat down and she brought us the menu And after ten minutes, the manager of the restaurant came to say you have to wait outside and register in the queue in a rude and racist manner. She was very bad and we left the restaurant. It was a very bad experience.05/08/2022

I'm giving this Chili's 3 stars. If it wasn't for my rude server I would have giving 5 stars. The food was awesome and I was pleasantly surprised at the speediest. However, my server made a mistake on my bill. I brought it to his attention which easily could have been fixed, or he could have asked for assistance from a manager. Instead when I brought the error to his attention he replied "it is what it is". I could have then asked to speak to his manager, but instead I was embarrassed by his rudeness in front of my friend i brought with me, that I just paid our bill and left.
Man this location is soo much better than the one in Jacinto City !! The restaurant is super clean, wait staff is very good and the food came out quick !! Dishes that we were served on were clean and the drinks were good and cold !!! Manager came by and checked in us and waiter was very attentive!! Will definitely be back !! Highly recommended!!

Ordered a steak that was pretty mediocre. The service wasn't great. Our waiter seemed annoyed the entire time we were there. However the best thing is that it isn't too expensive compared to other restaurants.
Went to Chili's on a Saturday night and it was not too packed. The service was good and the food was really good. I always get the bacon burger and my 6y/o daughter loves their pizza.
The server we had was amazing. Makayla (might have misspelled it) is going to do to be a teacher and it was such a joy to have her as a server.I have not been to this location in about 2 years because of multiple bad experiences.She has restored some of my faith in this place.I would say 5 stars but the bottomless soup and salad no longer allows you to swap salads. You have to pick just one for the whole meal.
