This business is best known for their efficiency and customer service, yet severely lacked in both areas. The line was incredibly slow even though there was only 2 cars ahead of us, there was confusion just to get to the pickup area, and when we finally got there, the 2 outside workers were chatting up amongst themselves as orders were piling up behind them. Almost as if everyone was new?? Not an awesome experience to say the least
Most consistent fast food in the entire state, and this location is no exception. This place is doing it the way it's supposed to be done and they must pay these people like higher wages than industry pays cause they are always Sooooo Nice

Really good Chick Fil a Great food and staff but Charleston was having a bad day I guess, very rude and kept speaking over me.
I ordered in the drive-thru. The person taking my order had to repeatedly ask what my name was because of the laughter and talking taking place around them. Then when I got to the window I was passed my drink without much acknowledgment. When I commented the atmosphere of Chick-fil-A had changed, the person who handed me my drink stated "It's a new generation" and laughed with the other people standing there. I continued to sit there because I didn't have my food yet. Although my food was sitting in front of the person talking to me, he asked "Do you have everything?" When I pointed out he still had my food, he continued laughing and talking to the people around him and passed my food to me without further comment. This is not the Chick-fil-A I know! RUDE like I have never experienced.
Typical fast food, really nothing to rave about. I can honestly say though good customer service, and I thank you for that.
