It was my first time eating at Cheddars and my whole experience was great.My server was Yessika and she was on point with everything. I ordered the tilapia and shrimp and it was real good. My mother in law had the sirloin steak and shrimp and she as well said was scrumptious. My husband had the New Orleans pasta and that as well was great. Not to mention the crescent rolls they give you were delicious! Will def recommend
Very nice people. Im a large person so we waited for a table. Long service wait. Server was young missed ordered items and didn't bring condiments until asked at least 3 times. My food was over done cold and dry. They did redo it. Just a warmer version. Steak was still over done. Was taken off bill. Wasn't the meal I expected at this place. We dont go to fancy places often. But it was my birthday. Plus side. Drinks we good.
I went on a Sunday and did not have to wait long. The food was delicious. I ordered this drink (Painkiller) and it was very good.
It was ok. I went on my lunch break, drinks and croissants came fast but the food took forever! Mind u, it was 2 of us - a wrap and a salad.Also, I was very put off by the staff not wearing masks, and our waiter didn't even try to, at least, stand back a bit. Not only do I not want your germs, but I really don't want them over my drink or my food. Won't be going back anytime soon.
This place was awesome today! The restrooms were clean. Waitstaff was friendly and on top of refills and cleaning the table of appetizers plates and trays.. The fresh croissant just melted in your mouth. The food was plated well, like someone cared about presentation. I can't stand when food is just thrown on a plate and you have to rebuild the burger yourself ect. The taste had just as much care. We had steak, chicken, and soup n salads and everything was timed and temperature perfectly. Thanks for all your hard work. Usually looking for a dining experience with a good atmosphere on that day you all get 5 star rating from me!? ? ? ? ?
Oh em gee! We met for my mom's birthday, this has always been her favorite place. This location was fabulous. Customer service, to me, is everything. They exceeded my expectations. From the time we entered the staff was personable and accommodating. We had a large group of 9, including 2 children. Rudy was our server and was superb. He welcomed us and was very nice. He constantly smiled and provided excellent customer service. We, meaning me (lol), was all over the place with ordering, as usual. He anticipated my needs, as well, as those of my family. He made sure our drinks stayed full and continously checked on is. The food was great. The margaritas were awesome, as usual. They are a great price for a very good drink, not watered down. Leonard, one of the managers, came by to check on us. He was pleasant, as well. Overall, I give a 20 out of 10....lol I generally like Cheddar's, but encounter issues, but not one issue occurred. Kudos to Pasadena Cheddar's!!!!

Excellent food and service. I highly recommend the Sampler Trio. The croissants are scrumptious.
