Muy mal servicio el mesero se pone a platicar y no atiende bien
Food was good as always. I had the naked tenders, with vegetables, an iced tea, and their new legendary long Island. The waitress said she was brewing iced tea but never brought it to my table. I never got the extra side of vegetables. I wasn't charged but the waitress never mentioned them again. Overall food was good and service was mediocre at best.
the food is ALWAYS horrible!! something messed up or hard as a rock and cold!! don’t recommend. everytime i come here food sucks!
One of my least favorite experiences in a restaurant. Waited about 5 minutes to get a seat with open tables and staff just standing around. Then, got seated at a dirty table. Several tables were left the entire visit with old food and dishes and not just a plate or two but entire party of food and dishes. Food was average. Service was average. Cleanliness and appearance below that of a dive bar.
The restaurant was clean and very sizeable vs other I've gone to in San Antonio. Our server was great and attentive when checking on if we were doing well and if we needed refills. I had traditional hot wings which were hot but not so much that they weren't enjoyable. I recommend this location
This takes a lot for me to go this far to give this location a poor rating. I’ve been to this location multiple times hoping that the next experience would be better. However, that idea has failed me time and time again. The service takes forever no matter what waiter/waitress you get. And that’s highly unfortunate because a lot of times it’s not the waiter/waitress fault. Usually, it’s the kitchen’s fault. But the waiter/waitresses have taken forever just to even take your drink order. Tonight is a promise example. We had AND finished our appetizer BEFORE the drinks were even on the table. STILL, I tried to not say anything and hope for the best. Thirty minutes AFTER finishing my appetizer I had my food come out but it felt like it had been sitting for about 10 minutes before even getting to me so it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. After gently saying something about it not being warm i waited, and waited for them to bring me a replacement that was freshly made and still warm and finally got to the point to where I just said never mind I just want the check. And it would be easy to blame it on being busy but it wasn’t. In fact, I even got front row parking right in front of the restaurant. The waiter, tonight, knew the service wasn’t great and gently apologized but never once tried to make up for it or ask his manager what could be done to make the service more enjoyable. I will not be coming to this location again. Very disappointed.
This place USED to be good. Walked in with a friend tonight and it’s fight night, which is fine! I understand it will be busy and we may have to wait. From the start the host and hostess did not greet us. Had to basically beg for their attention. They couldn’t give us an estimate of wait time. There was a whole section with open tables that was “closed” at 7:45 on a Saturday night. We found a small table at the bar and decided to sit there. Crickets. Sat for 10 minutes and no one even LOOKED in our direction. We decided to go for take out instead. Stood at the take out counter for 5 minutes with ZERO acknowledgment from the boy at the computer. (Yes, he saw us). We left. The wait to eat would have been just fine had ANYONE at The Pasadena location just communicated a teeny bit. So disappointed in how far down hill this establishment has gone as far as customer service.
I give Bianca a 0 stars for customer service. She was very rude and raised her voice at me with an attitude. I waited at the front to pick up an Uber eats order and she saw me but yet didn’t approach me UNTIL I went to the opening to the back then told me to go back to the front and she saw me.
Service was horrible and food was cold, server was trying to push me to sit in the bar area instead of his section, then he saw both of my kids standing behind me. Server got mad because he had no option than to sit us in his section. Definitely won't return to this location
Horrible Service! We did not even get seated even though they had at least 7 tables open. That guy sat the party in front of us and went back to waiting tables. We stood there for 15 minutes as he kept walking back and forth looking at us each time but not saying a single word. No "give me a minute" or nothing. I can't believe an owner would leave his business in the hands of such people. I'll be reaching out to corporate as well but just wanted to give a heads up to anybody thinking of going there, don't they hate our money lol
