My husband and I come here on our lunch break maybe once a week. We love the flavors but today was just awful. I came in and said for 1 and was sat at the bar. That's fine but I wasn't going to drink so I felt odd. Bartender and waitress both come up and the bartender pours a few drinks for her and they both leave. Bartender goes to the front for to go. I wait. 21 minutes! On an hour lunch break. After no one even looking at me once, I go to the host stand to get an actual table. So I'm not in a corner alone. Still no one approached me. So I now have barely any time left so I decide to place to go. I assume it was a manager who took my order because she was in a button up white shirt and slacks. Very sweet and helpful. She tells me I can even wait in my car and she'll bring it. Took 14 minutes which sucked but whatever at this point. Just highly disappointed in being ignored entirely for so long and losing my whole lunch break before even getting my food. Now I get to eat cold food at work while I work and feel awkward eating in front of everyone who isn't eating.
I just want to express that I use to work for Brewings long time ago and I always loved the food. I spent two hour in pain, it felt like my stomach was being twisted up as drying a cloth towel. Something wasn’t right. I vomited everything I ate from this restaurant. Not sure if the food was thoroughly cooked. I spent $70.90 and I fell as my meal went down the toilet, literally… chunks of it. It was gruesome. I highly request some sort of reimbursement, something for the pain of my digestive system went through. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, but the food not fully prepared well. I apologize for even myself for going there yesterday.
Too bad.First, they brought an extra drink and had to be returned, then I received all food first and when the table was full of food we had to wait for plates. The burger was salty, yet all these are minimal "details" we can handle, but, when I ask for the check...They automatically charge me a huge "gratuity" or a tip without consulting me.I don't know, in every Brewingz I've been in the city, they offer an unpleasant service, they treat the restaurant like their feet.In one Brewingz they always change my order and give me different one, in another Brewingz they always forget something on my order, and another one smell like as if they used to moping the entry floor and the bathroom floor.I fully paid the check, but I will never come back to any Brewingz, never. And I will let everyone I know about my experiences on these restaurants, in which I always receive an despotic response from the employees.The only reason that I always come back it's because my kids love the flavor, but its a shame the administration on these restaurants will cause a loss of a lot of clients starting with me.
We visited today - very clean and atmosphere was great, not loud. We typically go to Almeda which I do not like so decided to try this location. We were pleasantly surprised. Service was great and staff was so sweet singing happy birthday to a young boy.
I love this Brewingz in Pasadena. Always lovely staff and the food is always on point. Love the specials they have everyday and of course the drinks ?
Definitely coming back service was good and fast , food came out quick and was super good .!☺️
Nice place to come and chill with friends and fam. Nothing crazy. Just excellent to come eat and have couple of drinks. Nice staff no problems
Their food is good, service is ok but they're always out of something. Even before the pandemic but it's a good place to chill n eat.
