Best food, However this waitress was the worst!!?? And then the manager had to come apologize and say they were short of waitresses— like that is an excuse??
I had the fried shrimp. It was very good. My husband had the quail. He enjoyed it but it took a while for our order to come out. We also had the boudin balls...excellent.
This was my first time ordering food from this place...I have to say the food exceeded my expectations after reading some of the negative ratings. I ordered oysters on the half shell, side of fried oysters, calamari, shrimp cocktail and 3 hamburger baskets for 66 bucks. The burgers were pretty damn big, but the patty needed a bit more seasoning, the oysters on a half shell were tasty n not "fishy", the calamari was not too chewy and cooked just right! I can't comment on the shrimp cocktail cuz we ran outta space in our tummies!My husband and children agreed, this will be a repeat restaurant!
Food was fantastic as always. People there are always friendly and eager to help. This is my favorite restaurant for seafood. There we're 14 of is in our party and service was fast and efficient. Thanks Baytown Seafood!
Good food. Expertise down to the basics! Theyre menu is full of southern coast cuisine and can satisfy your cravings for all that seafood! Catfish, shrimp, gumbo, you got it!
I love the seafood here. The staff is amazing. I actually ordered my food as takeout but decided to dine in. I enjoy this location.
The place isn't the most accommodating seat wise, but it's cozy and the food is delicious! One thing about it being a small location though, is that the wait staff is definitely always in view which makes it where attentiveness to the customer is a given! Definitely recommend this place!!
The boiled shrimp are absolutely delightful. But the crawfish are bland and not worth the visit. They could take page from the book of Razzoos. Bland and muddy tasting. Absolutely no taste and all the spice is poured on top and no where close to the heads. But everything else was delightful and the service was awesome.
3/2022 - hot steamy crawfish, need to lrg size. Pricey but good. A little wait but they were crowded and everyone was ordering crawfish. Most places I've been this year have little ones (bee size) and many were mushy so I was happy to find some good crawfish this year. Overall, better than a few years ago. WTG2/2018- Warm beer, no Cocktails. Slow service. Couldn't get waited on for a second beer. 3 lbs Crawfish - tiny (Feb 2018) and oily but flavor was okay. The platter had puddled oil setting at the bottom. Popcorn shrimp was crispy but heavy grease taste. My date only ate two. Last resort on my list for date night.
Nasty food and disgusting customer service, Carlos the “manager” was very rude when I asked for manager, he said am the top guy, roaches running on tables, according to a previous employee food is recycled, be aware.
