This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to get ice cream about 3+ before they close and each time they tell me they’re out of ice cream before I even ask for a flavor. Not only was the woman speaking to me (not the red haired woman she has been polite) but it’s currently 6:27pm on Saturday and I was just spoke to as if I was t even a human being at all. She had an attitude and I will never go back to this location. I do NOT recommend
Bad service, I went at 8:20 at night I ask for shakes and they told me that because they had cleaned the blenders the cannot make it.
WORST baskin robbins Ive ever been too. They NEVER have any flavors they say they are always out and its been 3 years that they are out of lots of ice cream flavors. Dont even bother wasting your time and gas. Go to the one in Deer Park or Edgebrook they have never been out of flavors.

Show up before 9 pm doors are locked plus your hours online show 10pm when you close but I was at the location before 9pm when your printed signs show you closed
Closed an hour early for no reason…. I could clearly see them working inside…
Omg the cashiers were the best! I will visit this location from now on!!! Wish I would have got names because they need a raise lol!
Terrible customer service in the drive thru. Always out of items. Workers dont seem interested in working. They take forever and seem distracted. Would not recommend coming here. You will more than likely receive terrible customer service or have a long wait. Go somewhere else!
I would like to know this place always closed before the closing time?
