Came in tonight with the family. Claire was an awesome waitress and would recommend her to everyone dinning in but wasn’t impressed with the manager. Made a big deal over nothing just because I wanted to add a shot of patron to a drink. “Oh it’s to hard” “it’s to difficult to ring up all the different items” “I don’t know if the recipe will work with a different tequila” really?? Disappointed in management but everything else was good !! Food and the waitress were good but not manager !!
Friend and I went to this location after being flat out ignored, at a different chain restaurant. We were greeted by 2 different employees as we walked to the bar and greeted again very kindly by the bartender. The bartender promptly took our order and served our drinks. Unfortunately the previous restaurant had waisted part of my friend's lunch hour so we ended up having to ask for our order to be changed from dine in, to "to go". Bartender was more than happy to oblige. Manager noticed and come over to make sure everything was fine. We explained to him what happened at the previous restaurant and that we were so appreciative of the attentiveness we received at his restaurant. He made light hearted jokes with us and made us feel very welcome.We will be returning regularly!!!

Experience At Applebee’s Was Great, Would Go Back For More. Appetizer And Main Course Meal Are Delicious. Kind’ve Gives You A Denny’s Feel With The Menu. Some Meals Are Price Right While Other Meal’s Are Priced A Little Hight For There Quality. But No Complaints Yet Will Definitely Go Back In A Later Future.
Came to try the cheeto wingz and honestly i didnt care for the regular cheese one but the flaming hot ones were good i would come back and get them ...then 5 dollar margarita woohoo ..service on point .improvement since last time i came..
Mac n cheese was gross noodles were hard.. My chicken was rubber didnt eat it. Queso was cold chips were hard. They tried to charge me for a steak dinner and a fish n chip dinner.. We had to continuously had to flag down the waiter because he didnt come back to our table.. This was Christmas day.. It was just me and my husband 94 dollars of disappointment on Christmas day
They are horrible concerning mobile orders and delivery drivers. I've been waiting here unattended for ten minutes. I hear joking and laughing in the kitchen, see waiters standing around, and nobody seems to know I'm here, even though I have rung the bell twice.
My family and I went to eat at Applebee's last week after picking my oldest daughter up from school. I was very impressed with the kids meal selections since I had never looked at it in the past. My children had pizza with apple sauce and yogurt with fresh strawberry slices. My husband had grilled shrimp and chicken with mashed potatoes and I had a tomato basil soup with a grilled chicken club sandwich. The food was delicious however the service wasn't great. I am sure that there are many great servers that work there so we will try dining in again in the future. Maybe we will get better service next time.
Sunday evening, They were not busy but it took a while for them to seat us and left the couple behind us just standing there. No one from the dining area came to seat them. They finally got seated in the bar area next to us, after we had been seated for a few minutes. It was so cold in there. They brought out our appetizer but no plates so they just sat there and got cold in that frigid place until we found someone to bring us plates, again which we had to ask for. The meal was delicious. Waiter was just OK. He was not as attentive because he was talking to I'm assuming "friends" seated at a bar high table, or would disappear. It took forever to get our bill, which we had to find someone, who I think was a female manager. The bartender had to bring us the bill. Overall not a great experience.
I haven’t had Applebees in awhile, I used to work at the one in College Station years ago and was disappointed to find out that they closed down. But I’m glad I found this one! It’s kinda far from where I live but the food and service here the last 3 times I’ve been here have been phenomenal. Our server was nice but absent a lot . I know she probably had other duties to work cause you don’t just serve tables. But other than that my experience was quick in and out , plus I didn’t know they had a new whiskey burger (I love whisky) that I got to try last night. I recommend it, it’s huge!!
