SPOILED FOOD ARE BEING SERVE IN THIS PLACE!!!This is the worst place you could ever imagine. I order through their drive through and when I got home the food are spoiled. We threw everything away. I order A3, A4, A5 and A16 which are moo goo gai pan, hunan beef, pepper pork, and shrimp kung pao. Do yourself a favor and avoid these place.
Ordered on DoorDash, ordered a few things to feed my family, order came out wrong. When they tried to sub the items they didn’t have, they gave me 1 egg roll that was $4 less. Gave the dasher a hard time. And the food was disgusting… Would never recommend… Ever… Luckily DoorDash refunded me my money…
Worst Asian food ever! Went here for lunch today and ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce. It was brown and came mixed into the rice already! Boy, was I happy to have water to wash this disgusting food down with. On top of that, my meal cost $2 more than the price on the menu. My stomach is still bubbling as I write this review!!
Got our order sizes all messed up but I couldn't check it till I got home bc the bag was tied so tightly. Food was mediocre.
Double check your receipt, they will over charge you and refund wrong amount. My $14.05 bill turned into over $29 and was refunded 11 and some change, I was going to tip $3 anyways, so I wasn't going to argue the point. But then also the food was bad, and poorly reheated. I'm really disappointed, old stale rice, old shrimp that stank, and hard chewy bits around the general chicken. Portion size has also gotten smaller.
We enjoy eating at Ah-Loo. It's easy to place a pick-up order over the phone, and then grab it at the drive thru window. Our go-to items are sesame chicken, orange chicken, wonton soup, sweet and sour pork, cheese crab puffs, and egg rolls. Once they left off my soup, I called back and, because we live close by, my husband was able to go back and pick it up - no questions asked.
