They have messed up my order twice, then request I drive 15 minutes and waste money on gas so they can check the entire order. You should have done that when I picked it up! If my son hadn’t already started eating, I would have returned it all and got a full refund.
I liked that they did not over fry the wings. The veggies were sliced thick.
I will never eat there again. My rolls, celery, carrots, ranch were not in my bag. For 24.34,I asked the manager to call me to resolve this. Never received a call.
I walk in and was the ONLY customer and still stood there 5 minutes before the girl would get off the phone to help me. This is ridiculous!!

Food was great, service was HORRIBLE! I made an online order that was shown to be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. I came in the store about 35 minutes afterwards to pick it up. I waited on store for about 20 minutes and the girl behind the counter was talking with the other employee and didn't realize that my order was ready the entire time.I normally don't complain but the employees weren't at their best tonight and for the last 2 visits, as well.

If i could give no stars i would. Me and the family are out of town and stopped here because it is one of the few places that were open. We stopped here because wing stop is always good and we know what to expect. Well were wrong about this one, we got a 25 piece with two orders of fries. I requested that six bone in and all drums mango habanero. When i got them they were soggy and when i questioned it i was told that i should have ordered them extra crispy. I never had that issue before. Also the fries had no seasoning at all and whats crazy wing stop usually has very good fries. Very dissapointing i wasnt expecting a refund, i just wanted the food done right but there was no effort from the staff to make it right.If you are ever in Palestine i wouldn't stop at this particular restaurant you will be very disappointed.Needless to say most of the food went to waist.
