I love the food. The customer service is alright, but could be better. Employees seem like they don't really care and give mediocre service.
Always love Wendy's. The only thing I normally get there is a Frosty. Best thing on the menu in my eyes
Can never get your order right!! If you try and check you order you get told you can't do it in the drive thru line with no one behind you. Rude.
Manager refused to take off onions and pickles I requested none. He yelled in the back "tOo LaTe" sure enough got both on my burger, no ketchup in Despenser, and coca-cola was out in the machine so it was just a bad experience, oh and now I've been on the toilet twice within 30 min of eating. Oh then we walked out and the manager was in his truck first parking spot, on the phone with his boo and smoking a nasty cigarette! I can keep going ??️
I visited this Wendy's on 2/15 at approximately 9:30 p.m, I ordered a Baconator meal large but when I got home I discovered what I received was a plain jr hamburger and the fries were cold and soggy. I contacted the store and was told I should have checked the food before I left and then hung up on. yes that was my fault I should have checked the food, however I was coming back from the funeral home as my aunt had just passed away. I originally left this review on the main Wendy's page but thought it might be more helpful to others on the store specific page. I will never eat at any Wendy's again! I basically paid $15 for a cold soggy snack that my dog wouldn't even eat.
I didn't give a lower score because of the friendly service of the drive-through team member. She was lovely! But that's where it ends. My fries were warm. But my burger was absolutely cold. There was no heat to it at all. The cheese didn't melt. And from the texture of the "burger", it had been sitting awhile. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.
Food was good but the drinks had no flavor. I asked and they seemed to think nothing was wrong and then I wondered if it was just me, but when a second customer said something they still didn’t really care. The staff seemed more concerned about sitting in the lobby than actually focusing on the job they were there to do.Update 1/16/22: I went back today and attempted to use an “offer” from the Wendy’s app. It said I could purchase any premium hamburger and get one for a $1. Made my selections and was told chicken sandwich didn’t qualify. So made a different choice with another beef hamburger and that didn’t work either. Eventually a manager became involved and couldn’t figure it out either. I finally said I’d like the number of someone to co text and declared I had given up. The manager, who claimed to be the general manager, wouldn’t give me a number to call but instead called her district manager before returning to get my phone number and saying “I was going to give you the second sandwich.” I was fine with that because whether the coupon worked or they just honored it another way the results were the same, but if she was going to do that, why didn’t she say it rather than calling the district manager?Overall the food is good, but you’ll have to work to get it and just being willing to pay for it isn’t enough. You have to be invested in it with plenty of time to spend on them figuring out how to charge you.
Yikes, customer service here is severely lacking. They are so rude at the window, I try to laugh it off and get out as quickly as possible. One time it was raining and they made me pull up to the front and the employee stood at the door and just started at me refusing to bring the food out because it was raining. I work in the industry and I go above and beyond to ensure the customer isn't inconvenienced in any way, so that really shocked me.
Drove away after trying to order chili cheese fries and regular drinkWas asked 4 times what size waited 6 minutes at mike to try and order and very rudely told not to yell ! I didnt yell
We ordered breakfast, which was good, but the wait time was about 10 minutes to get our food.
