Went late at night and ordered 2 party boxes and a few other things. Get home and they weren't the correct items in the box. And they had ran out of lettuce. Instead of compensating for the no lettuce they have us tortillas with a super tiny amount of meat... very disappointed. Called to complain that the order was incorrect and was blamed for it not being correct.

They busted the sour cream all over the outside of the taco. Stuff is supposed to be on the inside.
Love me some taco bell, wish they didn't get rid of so many things on the menu, but love those crunchy tacos.

I ordered a couple cravings packs and turns out I had a taco missing from my order. Unfortunately I got home before I realized it was missing. But I called and they told me to come back and they were so nice when I did, couldn't even be mad about it lol. Great customer service
Reasonably fast service, good food, clean, effecient.
This was quick to get food through the drive thru. However our order was wrong, and a little difficulty entering and exiting highway traveling eastbound.
