The coffee is always good. I tried a chocolate croissant for the first time and it was amazing. The girl warmed it up for me and it taste so rich and buttery. I'll definitely try it again. Winner.
There will always be a wait that’s a given. You are paying for their experience and the quality of coffee and food items so obviously their prices are higher than say cream and coffee. USE the APP you will always get a discount or a free item it’s worth investing in it. All the people in there are absolutely Kind and funny! I always enjoy my experience here even if I have to wait a little while. Just be patient and kind and you’ll get the same experience back!
I’m a Starbucks barista from Dallas and stop by this location on my way to Beaumont and I have to say I was very happy with the service and quality of my drink. My shaken espresso tasted perfect and the staff was so friendly.
Good service, great frappeccino. However the sandwich I got was tiny, dry and they didn't give me any napkins. What a weird concept.
Workers seem rude most days and just super slow compared to most starbucks.I had the give me a cup 3/4 full at $7I asked for a full cup and they said that’s how it was made that they can’t just add more… how about take that $.75 coffee and remake it.
Slow, waited 15 minutes for a pick up order that had been placed 10 minutes prior. Never fails, if I don't get here 45 minutes before work I will always be at least 15 minutes late. But they try their best.
This is by far the slowest service I've ever received at any Starbucks location. This just wasn't slow service, it was incredibly slow. I Could have grown the coffee beans myself and made a cup of coffee faster.
I ordered the nitro cold brew and it was awful. Very weak and didn’t taste anything like the dozens I’ve had from other Starbucks. The first nitro had ice in it. When I pointed out that it isn’t supposed to have ice, they made a new one but it was no better. They didn’t offer me any other options so I lost $4.82 because I threw the drink away. It wasn’t drinkable. I would have gotten a different drink if they had offered me one, but they acted indifferent when I told them the drink still wasn’t right. I have tried calling several times to speak to a manager but their phone must not work … call fails! The person who made my drink the second time was nice. Drink was not up to Starbucks standards.
This is a very new location, so we've been cutting them some slack. Well, frankly, I'm DONE with that! I have a sensitive pallette. I order my decaf (I cannot have regular coffee due to medical reasons.) Cappuccino with only 1 shot with a specific number of pumps of classic simple syrup. Not a difficult order by any stretch of the imagination. The last 3 times they have messed it up and put 2 shots in it. It was too bitter...too disgusting to drink. I'm tired of wasting my money! I said something yesterday about how they keep messing up my order. They couldn't have cared less. The Cappuccino and the pink drinks are the only drinks I order for myself. It doesn't matter the time of day, 9 out of 10 times they do not even have the ingredients to make pink drinks! It's so frustrating to sit in line for 20 minutes only to find out you can't get what you came for! If management can't make sure their employees have the ingredients necessary to do their jobs, then maybe they aren't cut out for management. Other Starbucks we frequent will occasionally run out of something (usually seasonal items), but they generally have what they need to do daily operations. This store can't even keep basic things like cups and straws in stock, much less drink ingredients. It's ridiculous!
Always slow. I’ve given them several chances and every time the drive through line has taken longer to move through than for me to actually drive the 30 minutes home and drink my coffee. Lobby seems to be closed more often than it’s open.
