I took my 2 daughters and three of their children to the Sunday buffet.First the service was awesome.The food was delicious, a good variety of pizza, bread sticks and a small salad bar.The grandbabies were happy, my daughters were happy, and the not so large bill made ME very happy.Clean tables, clean restroom, clean kitchen (of what I could see).I would definitely recommend it. ?
This Pizza Hut is the worst restaurant I've ever seen or experienced. I went to eat dine in and im an observer so I just kinda looked around while waiting for my food and what I saw was absolutely ridiculous. 1st off there was a guy walking around the back not in employee clothes with a computer, he looked to be someone the employees knew but he wasn't doing work, and was just walking around them while they were making food. Second I saw multiple employees smoking/vaping in the store!!! Are you serious?! So there's a random man walking around and they are smoking!? Who is running this restaurant?? Not only that but the language coming from the back of the store was not ok for a so called "family restaurant" there was music playing and I could hear multiple cuss words over all of it! After all of that my food comes out and its not even good...pizza undercooked, wings with barely any sauce, and not to mention the fact that my food took forever to even arrive and we passed multiple tables with food/ crumbs everywhere while the restaurant was empty!! I've never been so upset while trying to get food. I just hope that everyone who eats there knows whats going on because this is ridiculous!
We ordered pizza from the pizza hutt here in Palestine regularly, so i called and made an order and the guy rang my order up wrong and didn't add my cookie cake to my order. They didn't send the condiments like grated cheese or any napkins.. nothing.. I have kids here who were real upset when their cookie cake didn't come. I called them back and asked why my order was wrong and tried to order another cookie cake for the kids. The lady then told me I couldn't get another cake on delivery because the total didn't add up to enough for their delivery guy to waste his time with. So, after spending $40 not 20 minutes ago, now my order isn't enough to get the complete order I tried to get the first time. I will not Ever give this place my business again. Hello Domino's from now on!
I mean agree - strongly agree are really the same. Does agree mean you recommend and strongly agree means you get forceful? You have good pizza. I have Hut numbers in my phone all over the State and Louisiana. Thanks. Good pie.
Most of the time Pizza Hut in Palestine does great. Mt stuffed crust I ordered was not this time. The cheese was cooked out of the crust on almost the entire pizza, and the pizza was overcooked. I will continue to order from here as this pizza is still better than the rest in Palestine.
This order was perfect. The pizza was great and it was ready on time. Staff was courteous.

We are currently eating here right now. The pizza and breadsticks are to die for. Best Pizza Hut I’ve ate at!! And the customer service was fabulous!
