Ordered mango pineapple smoothie and was given a strawberry banana smoothie. Then ordered DECAF small coffee because couldn't have caffeine and was given a Regular coffee....told the guy at the window and told him the label didn't say decaf. He took the coffee and immediately handed another claiming it was decaf. We visit enough McDonald's to know that decaf is brewed individually by cup and it ALWAYS takes 15 minutes. Even though this guy was just told that caffeine could not be tolerated he still switched the same coffee back.
The store is always playing when you go in fast service and drive-thru is kicking I like McDonald's I'm Mc loving ❤
This McDonalds has the McPlant burger. I tried it yesterday and it is definitely the best plant base burger that I have tried. I would eat this again. This is a great McDonalds, great staff always busy.
02/25/2022--Went to the Palestine McDonald's this morning but there was no one there to take my order. I attempted to use the self service machines but the directions were all circular with no logic in the process. Frustrated, I thought I might go through the drive through line, thinking that I might take my to go order inside to eat. Then I thought to myself, why am I investing so much time in this process for their convenience. Never again. Don Bailey.
Hamburger was dry and cold, french fries were just barely warm. No ketchup, no salt.Place was clean, service was fast. Servers were polite.
Food was ok line went pretty fast just make sure you have all your condiments cause they dont put anything in
I went for hot caramel macchiato. This time I bought one sausage and egg Mcmuffin and two sausage, egg, cheese breakfast tacos/burritos. I'll skip the breakfast tacos next time. Something about the cheese tasted funky.
It isn't the best place to grab a bite. If you ask me you are better off going to the Whataburger here or to a DQ. (Just not the one here, our town's DQ isn't good if you want fries too) Now I know this is shorter than usual but, I hope you come to our town again some time.
Well, I had gone to Mcdonalds to get food for me,my fiancee (who was admitted to the hospital) my brother and sister n law and they messed up my whole order so I got to the hospital to give my fiancee his food and he took one bite of his fries and said eww these are cold.So when I got home I called and spoke with the manager Philip and he said he would make my order over so he did right by me.
horrible service Sunday evening .. serious attitude and order not taken correctly. on top of that 1 fries missing and Big Mac had the smallest drop of special sauce on it I've ever seen... literally had to take big Mac apart to find special sauce
