I am absolutely disgusted with little Ceasars in Palestine Texas. I waited over 35 mins for a classic pepperoni pizza. While approximately 10 people came in and got several specialty pizzas made after I did. Come to find out when they finally said my pizza was ready they gave my order to someone else. Then literally laughed in my face when they opened the box to show it to me and it wasn't even a pepperoni pizza. And said they would have to make it over again. They refused to do a refund on my food. And ended up giving me a pepperoni extra most that was already made. I work hard for my money and don't expect to be literally laughed at by someone working for their wage too. Then she ripped my receipt out of my hand and refused to give it back when I said I was calling to complain.
Stopped here on our way through town. Wanted something quick and simple. Nice and hot like we like it. Staff was friendly and inside was clean.
I always have a great experience and my pizza is always hot and ready!
This was the worst experience I have ever had. Had to wait to go their attention cause they was playing. One guy dropped the bucket with the food because the girl was not paying attention. He picked it up and handed it to her and she put it on the line and started using it. Then when I was waited on the guy threw my change at me. Never again. I’m reporting this in the morning !!!
Worked here for 3 days. Never had to wash my hands, wear gloves, or even wear a hat. Manager had me handling pizzas, handling the crazy bread, and that whole time I hadn't seen anyone cleaning dishes. Quit because it's honestly just a terrible place. If you like eating hair, dead skin cells, and whatever else falls off random peoples bodies then this is place should be your go-to
Paid $13 for a Classic Pep And Crazy Bread (delivery) The Order Arrived 10mins Early, No Doubt, But My Food Was Cold. How Is That Possible??? They Refuse To Do A Refund And Will Not Correct The Mistake. I Will Never Choose Little Caesars Over Dominoes Again. #I❤Dominoes!!
I recently got a pizza. Hot and ready pep. They used to show you the pizza before you get it now I guess because of covid they don't. I understand that, but what a surprise when you get home to a cold, burnt to a crisp pizza. I took it back only to be given another one. The next pizza was cold and medium burnt. Yes I settled. I'm thinking it was not gonna get any better than this. The leftovers already look like petrified wood after about 2 hours... now it looks fossilized. I might better start having them make it fresh.Update. Purchased pizza a few days ago. It was cooked well and they did show it to me when asked to do so. Cashier was nice and talkative.
Ok. Placed order in store we order a classic cheese with crazy bread combo well done crazy bread. . The girl said it will be a while. Ok. We went back in 15/20 mins later. Got the food I asked the girl if the bread sticks were well done she said I don't know. . did you hear me ask for well done bread sticks. She said I guess not and nodded no, it will be a bit longer if you want well done. I don't want to wait another 15 mins for them . Got to the car driving off the boys got in the pizza box the pizza was cold. How??
Pizza was fresh and hot and was a hit at church same night! Walked in, selected and paid— in and out!
We stop by at least once a week. Very disappointed in our 6.99 wings, all wings not much meat?
