This location is usually HORRIBLE...really bad food, and worse customer service. My daughter really wanted a KFC Famous Bowl, so we decided to give it a try after not eating there for probably more than a year. (Lady time we tried, they didn't have an chicken!!!) The lady in the drive-thru was very polite, and let us know it would be a few minutes while they cooked us fresh popcorn chicken, and asked if that was ok. It was. We ordered 2 bowls. We get to the window, and the same lady tells us that she found a buy one/get one free coupon, so we only had to pay for one bowl! That was awesome!!! The food was fresh, not skimpy on the serving size, and tasted yummy! We will definitely go back.
Went to KFC after Working on location at Uthet. Order the number 3 .whole wings drink side and biscuit. $under 9 books. Food was hot taste was great service was with a smile. I told the lady in drive thru If I wanted to get this in Tyler IT could come out the window and something would be cold. But they doing it Right in Palestine TX.Since then I have went to Tyler Location Price $12 for same meal food was hot tasty but the price .Went to Longview location after that PRICE $12 NASTY nothing tasted good .Keep up the Good work Palestine I will come back everytime I work in the area.
They made my chicken original recipe fresh but was very greasy. However much improved since my last visit where they refused to cook original for my order and told me to go to Chick-fil-A...I couldn't believe it either! If she had been my employee she would be going there to; looking for employment. Apparently need better supervision/management.
Very disappointed in KFC. Stopped there Easter sunday waiting on the rest of my family to get there to decide what to order. We was parked by the trash bin. My other family members got there. Two employees came to the back door and told us we needed to leave. We told them we was trying to figure out what we were going to order. They told us again we needed to leave. Told them once again we was trying to figure out what we wanted but we didn't have a problem going someplace else. So no more KFC for me and that hurts cause that was my favorite place to eat. The food was half raw and didn't get the mac and cheese for my mother
Terrible place for chicken. They never have any. Had an $80+online order and only had 6 pieces of chicken and was still taking orders. They didn’t call me to tell me and they can’t refund me I have to call a 1-800 number to get my money back. Every time I have tried to order here. There is always an excuse on why they don’t have chicken. It’s a chicken place no chicken. This restaurant needs to shut down.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would! I wanted to order an 8 piece dark bucket but was told that I couldn't. I could only order the mixed. So I did . I thought I'll get at 4 pieces of dark. When I opened the bucket, there was 1 drumstick 4 breaststroke and 3 wings. I don't usually write reviews, but this has sworn me off KFC.
Chixken very dark cooked could. Ot eat it. Forgot to check bag there before driving home they forgot part of my order, for take out eat elsewhere

Place and manager is trash…ordered 16 piece..only got 7 ..asked for manager and he was wanting to fight me thru the drive thru window…but wouldn’t dare step outside…all because the employees apparently can’t count trash azz food anyways !!!!
Made a mobile order, get to the window, they're out of tenders. Okay, it happens. They offered me....two large sides. I'm sorry, but a tub of mashed potatoes is not a meal. That's why it's called a "side." Asked for a chicken sandwich instead, you'd have thought I asked them to butcher the chicken themselves. Anyway, eventually got our food, it's missing fries and a biscuit - I guess a single chicken sandwich is equal to an entire tenders meal? Go back for fries (not even bothering with a biscuit at this point), get what was clearly the leftovers from the bin, didn't even fill up the holder. Whatever. I realize later that the sandwich was on top of the cole slaw. So I got to enjoy a cold, dry chicken sandwich and lukewarm cole slaw with a few scraps of dried out fries.It's been a long time since I've been to KFC. I was reminded why. Doubt I'll go back.
