I used to come to Palestine from Dallas to visit my Mom.. stopped at Jucys every time. Stopped by today and met the most amazing young man.. Faustino. I took the time to get to know the young man in between him taking orders and wiping down tables. What an excellent young man and great customer service. Great food and service as always! My daughter bought me a burrito for my birthday. There was almost no meat on it whatsoever. Normally, there's not a problem but this time, they clearly tried to hide the fact that they were out of steak by overstuffing it with rice. Thanks a lot for making my birthday so great. ?
I ordered an Enchalada plate & a Quesadilla plate both are suppose to come with rice and beans, unfortunately going thru the drive thru they didn't fill my order right, the Quesadill plate was without the rice and beans but I didn't notice till I got home, I ordered the plate which was $3 more to get the rice and beans, I don't think I will go back there, it has turned out to be no better than Taco Casa as they couldn't get orders correct either.
I do like Jucys, but I won't eat here anymore due to shrinking the portion size of the tacos. Tonight I bought what I always bought and am going to bed hungry because it wasn't enough food. The tacos were significantly smaller. I'd rather pay more and know upfront than have my food shrunk without being told. It may not be their fault with inflation, but I will no longer go here. It's just not worth it to me as a consumer to buy bird portions.
Late lunchtime, ordered a rice and bean burrito. Requested ground beef to be added and sour cream with no sauce.The burrito was prepared with rice, cheese, beans and ground beef. DELICIOUS!!!!!Plus I ordered the crispy taco. (I was hungry)DELICIOUS!!!.Thank you!!! ROSA.
We stop by the Palestine location everytime we go through there. The food is fresh delicious. Everything is made fresh that day. The store was very neat and clean. The bathrooms were spot on. Overall its a great place to eat.
My kids wanted some of their cinnamon chips after church last night Seems they forgot to add any of the cinnamon sugar to the chips. Normally you can see it on them and taste it. These had no cinnamon or sugar flavor even in the smallest amount at all. There wasn't even any of the "dust" in the bottom of the bag
Food there is good. Had mix up, but they were quick to fix it and make it worth me coming back.
They have the best nachos in town. They Make all of the food from scratch. It's not your regular fast food. And I really like their steak meat.
Never ate here before and i was truly surprised that the food was that good. For being fast food it tasted pretty dang good. The customer service was wonderful, speed of food preparation, and flavor of the food was surprisingly good.
