Waited in drive thru 30 mins to be told to pull around front when we noticed right away an item in our order was missing . We sat there for 10 mins because they said they would bring it out to us only for us to go in and see our order just sitting under heating lamp. You form your own opinion on how service was this night. Ours wasn't the best especially with 2 toddlers in back seat. ? I gave 3 stars because it was good food..
Tacos have no taco meat in them and they suck And the manager doesn’t even give you your money back
Tried to order popcorn chicken boxes which they have blasted all over their building and menu and website and was told they discontinued their popcorn chicken. Sounds to me with jack in the box still advertising it on tv and their website your location has poor inventory ordering. If you are not going to offer what is on your menu and advertising then you need to take down the advertising as well!
This place is ok..not really good. You gotta beg for ketchup or anything else.3 large fries 3 burgers etc and I asked for 10 ketchups...I was told it was in the bag.2 was in the bag. I had to park and go in and wait. And beg for the rest. Another lady parked behind me and had to go in as well about the same thing.This was a 10 minute deal.So food and fries was coldOur people all quite going there a while back our staff attitudes and poor service.I was a hold out having been a loyal customer for 44 years...Now I'm done as well ?
Food was fine. Came in around 8pm, so they were open, and I dined inside. The restaurant was extremely dirty and messy. Felt gross to even be inside. Makes me question the cleanness of the kitchen..However, my BIGGEST gripe, is the fact that I order a large meal, with an EXTRA side of large curly fries (I was very hungry), and I asked for a handful of ranch (to eat with my meal, so maybe 3-4 ranches would suffice), and the manager stopped the nice young lady who was fulfilling my condiment wish. She then threatened me with extra charges if I exceed more than 1 single ranch.This is utterly ridiculous. Shame on you manager lady. Your profits will not drop from giving a PAYING customer a few more condiments than 1. Now you lost a customer forever. Worse for profits than any amount of free condiments.The immediate staff at this Jack don't care that I'll never bring my business here again. Thats fine. I will take my business to other places that care more about customer satisfaction, and not being ridiculously greedy with their paying customers.I DO NOT want Jack N the Box, any employees of this specific establishment, nor any other establishment, to make a comment or reply to this review.This is purely a warning for other hungry patrons, to take your money elsewhere, where you're worth a damn.
Their food is very good and their Fried Tacos (Monster Tacos) are the Best

Says they stay open till midnight but every time I seem to come after 10:30, they refuse to take orders and say they are closed. Update your hours jack in the box or quit closing early.
Un like Maybank location this one is good and you can dune in. Did noticed a hand rail at youre back while ordering that needs to be wiped down
Seriously? It’s 6:20 am during a busy weekday morning and once again, this location is not open for business, despite employees standing around inside. They open and close whenever they feel like it. Ridiculous.
