07/29/2022 Our server was Pricila and she was great. The food was wonderful and her service was excellent!!! We will return and I hope that Pricila is present!!!
Food and service very good. More food than expected. Michele was a very good waitress, super friendly.
Disappointing! The fact that there were only two other people in there on a Sunday afternoon should have been a clue! The waitress was very friendly and attentive, hence the 2 stars, but that's where it ended. I ordered the sampler appetizer (pictured) which includes mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, jalapeno poppers and fries. My entree was the chopped steak with gravy, mixed vegetables and fresh fruit. It all arrived at the same time. The chopped steak was a terribly dry hamburger patty with brown packet gravy and canned mushrooms on top. The toast came out cold five minutes later. The mixed fruit was good, but the vegetables were undercooked and extremely over seasoned. The appetizer was very unappetizing. This was my first visit to a Huddle House and it was NOT impressive. I would not recommend this one to anybody!
We had a great experience!MVP breakfast is huge and very good!Eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy, fruit and a pancake.My wife had the blueberry pancakes and they were excellent too.Pricilla and Xavier were top notch??We will be back
Went too the Huddle House in Palestine Tx , me my mom and my 2 grandchildren on 6/7/22 and the hostess lets us choose our seat very promptly and Michelle was our waitress and she was very patient and attentive while we looked over and discussed the menu and she took our drink orders and came back too take our food orders and she gave us very good service and kept our drinks full while we ate and the food and service was very good, I would recommend this restaurant and Michelle too anyone goin there too dine , Thankyou Michelle for taking care of us !!
Excellent food! The waffles are incredible and so are the hash browns! Had to be the cleanest Huddle House I've ever been to! Staff were so friendly and service was excellent as well! I didn't have to ask for a refill once, staff were really on top of things! Food was done super quick too!
I come to huddle house often and the manager laylay is always smiling and pricila is always working hard make me come back everytime good service
Monday morning 1030am...no clue who runs this place but the food is horrible. The service sucks... Those girls have no clue how to waitress tables. You have to ask if you want refills of coffee or sweet tea. Pancakes taste like rubber and the grits... Mind you we're from the south... Taste like nothing but card board... How do you get them to taste like card board??? ? ? Y'all need to work on a lot of things from food to service... Was very excited about them coming to Palestine but won't be going back for a while like months.
Bad customer service, the waiter and waitresses will stand and talk around, some just time their to service their tables, the hostesses they will stand there and look at you and not say a word about getting a table for you. Been while you look and there is like five tables empty. Also they are so playful while taking orders or will stand and talk to customers for a while. This place needs motivated people and people that can move and love too work.Response to the Huddle House Owener: We did try giving it a second chance and it was not great. This top review from the second because I first time we went there was much worst. Because a waitresses hit a waiter hard on his back and in the middle of taking a tables order she asked him if that hurt him. We also stood like for 10 minutes waiting for a table when there was like 6 tables empty and the bad thing is that they would not say a word to us, the would just look at us and look at the tables. They skip a guy that had got there before us. The older white lady there seemed upset because she would say there is 20 open menus and everyone is just walking around. So no I won't go back
We went around 8:30 am on a weekday. We were seated promptly. The food was very good and fresh. The portions were good as well. Michelle was a great waitress! Very kind and attentive. Overall, we had a great experience.
