On 6-12-2022 upon arriving home we noticed our order was incorrect. We were given ranch dressing instead of extra icing for the lava cakes that we had paid for.I contacted the Palestine location and spoke with Collin Walker. He first told that if I drove back up there that they would give me the icing. Once I explained that it would cost more in fuel than what the icing cost, he spoke with Edgar, the manager on duty and was then told that a $15 credit would be under my phone number to use on our next purchase.Today 6-18-2022 we placed an order and upon arrival was told that there was no credit or coupon under either of our phone numbers. And since I didn't bring the note I had written with the people's names, I was basically told "sorry about your luck".And the Chamber of Commerce wonders why Palestine residents go out of town to spend their money...
Moderate wait time but well made pizza. I always recommend hand tossed.

Domino’s pizza has been consistently good every time I’ve ordered. This time was no exception. Online ordering is quick and easy, and the times I’ve called to order, it’s been a good experience as well. Friendly staff at the window and at the counter.
The toppings are good, but that crust is horrible. What happened to the old good rust? It was unique. This stuff is dry and tough, even hot and fresh from the oven. Last Dominos I get for a while. Way to ruin your product.

Curbside pickup was a joke. There were people who had been waiting almost an hour past their pickup time for their pizza last Saturday. Truly a disappointing experience. Also, they never gave me the free pizza as stated on their website if the pizza arrives five minutes late.
Usually very good. Tonight I got the wrong pizza. On hold for 15 mins, no answer. Hope the other folks liked my pizza. ?
Domino’s Palestine usually does a great job. Any problems we have had they have fixed for us with no problem. The employees are cheerful and pleasant.
