Buns old put my condiments on the Burger in one spot the lettuce was thrown on there not even cut into a big ball, tomatoes not ripe! Patty was so dry like they set it in the sun! Forgot my cheese!
I just want to give a huge shout out to the lady working the lunch rush today. I'm assuming you're the manager but I don't know. She was working the whole restaurant by herself just her and her cook, and still was able to get my food out super quick, and have a big smile on her face regardless of obviously being overwhelmed. Thank you so much!
There was a cat laying in the way of the drive through. Manager poked his head out and said to run over it. Said it several times and encouraged to do it.Don't go here until there's new management
Go to for a quick lunch, sometimes there are good deals and sometimes they unfortunately run low on certain ingredients, to improve, I would invest in better inventory throughput system.
Slowest drive through ever. I think its mandatory for workers to take naps between orders. Coz theres no way a drive through can be this slow ?

Burger King in Palestine has the rudest Manger named VIRGINIA CARWELL.I had to repeat my order 6 times to someone in the drive thru then several more times at the window where you pay in the end my order was not correct.I ordered (3) # 1 combos so simple.I told the cashier at the window to let them know to sack my orders separately because they were being delivered to different locations instead they put the orders in one big sack and told me to separate them myself. Virginia and I had words about my order being wrong and over charging me on my order.I ask them to refund me my money which they did.
Food was horrible. This is the second time I have visit this location. Both time horrible food. You would think atleast during lunch rush it would be fresh. Won't eat at this location again.
