I would have rated a 1 but dint want to give that low of a rating because i didn't even buy any food. I walked in, the atmosphere amongst the employees was off, too much playing around in the kitchen specifically. I wouldn't have trusted any of them in the kitchen to make my burger and I love Whataburger too much to let someone mess up my experience. I would never return on that shift at this location (Dinner/Evening shift).
Went here on 5/15/2022. I had a Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger (no mustard) Whatameal. There was a time in this country where fast food places made attempts to have the "best fries". Based on this experience, I'd have to guess that Whataburger has conceded the fry battle. We took most of the first order back because they looked under cooked... or maybe that they had soaked in oil before or after being cooked... or... they were just substandard.To the credit of the manager, there was not resistance to replacing the order of fries with a new, freshly cooked order. The problem was, these were not much better. They were hotter but they were still bland, blanched, blech!Come on Whataburger!! I think you've got the best burger selection around. You have GOT to step up your fry game!!
I arrived at 1:30am. There were approximately 5 cars ahead of me. Total wait time was 38 min to receive my order. I did not mind the wait at all. It’s the only fast food joint open at this hour at 62 and i10, and it was busy. I received my order, and it is room temperature. Not even slightly warm.
What can I say? It's a Whataburger. The place was relatively clean, it didn't take too long for our food to get to the table, and the staff did their job well. If you're not a Whataburger fan it's basically like walking into a Wendy's.
My dad always makes us stop at this whataburger on the way to Deltadowns race track and casino. He loves their burgers i think the meat is a little salty and the white gravy that I had for my fries was chunky. Overall though nice clean restaurant!
Ordered a jalapeno burger , it was poorly made . No peppers on most of the burger and touch on a quarter of it . Sloppy work and service . They are usually better than this .
I came by around 10:35 for a late dinner didn’t leave the drive thru line until 11:05 still without my entree that was paid for (I ordered a shake and their nuggets). I got my shake and since they too long I left.I hope their day team is much more effective with time.
One of the best Whataburgers around! Each one of us had something different. Each order was perfect ?! We always stop here on our way to Baton Rouge !
It was my first time here and I didn't know what to order. The cashier was very friendly and made a suggestion to try the patty melt. Thank you for excellent customer service. I will now make a point of stopping by on my next road trip.
