It's not often I give a bad rating of maybe a negative star. But the service at this restaurant was the worst! First service was so slow, second the guy wasn't friendly and didn't even greet or thank us. Finally the quality of the food was poor to say the least. The Breakfast on a bun is one of my favorites. It was so nasty I couldn't stomach the taste or texture. I also got a biscuit and gravy? More like biscuit and sausage water. Not to mention they forgot my hash browns. I will never go back.
I wouldn't advice anyone work there either because I used work there.they don't treat all their employees right or fairly.while trying do one task.they make you stop doing it.then expect you do another.then try do the other one.holler at you if you can't go fast enough.while their pets workers are standing around slacking off.their general manager isn't an honest person.
Ordered online and sat and waited for over 50 minutes for my food I paid for. I had to call corporate seeing as how they refused to bring me my food and stole my money by doing so. Service here around midnight is nonexistent...

I like this Whataburger, super friendly, but I wish they used less oil.
Went through the drive through and waited for about 5-7 minutes with no response to my greeting pull around to the dine in to use the restroom and wash my hands asked if the drive through was closed since the driver didn't want to dine in they said no to pull around, we get to the order speaker got a greeting and when I place my order received no response for 3 minutes of silence after getting upset had to settle for burger King next door. Not happy and won't return for poor service.
It was clean and service was great. Food was great also. I ordered sat down. They brought me my order.

After hearing they fired a manager for being attacked in the store because the manager yelled at a co worker for not getting off the phone. Her family came in and attacked him and he was hospitalized . This new franchise does not care about there staff only to cover everything up! I will no longer give them my bussiness or anybody I know.
