the very best fast food I've had in years and I'm picky as hell. even the fountain sodas are on point. quick and good dont happen together alot but these ladies are on their A game. thanks!!!
0650 only the drive thru open. Aka can't order at the counter and my 18 wheeler won't fit in the drive through. Hours posted on this site, and every time I have been in here it opened at 0630. There were no cars in the drive thru but lady wouldn't take my order order until 0700 when the person who was supposed to work that register was late.Sooo, sorry to inconvenience you with my business, I will be desperate for food before I order from here again.
Someone posted as to why anyone would rate Wendy's? Due to lack of expectations. The expectations are... 1.order food.2. Make food(correctly) 3. Serve said food. With bonus points for doing so nice. This process varies a great deal from location to location. Case in point. 2 burgers and nuggets ordered. Instead Received...2 burgers done wrong and no nuggets. FAIL
Cashier seemed like I was being an inconvenience to him by being there. The credit card machine wasn't working so he got a supervisor to help. I ended up paying with cash and needed a few dollars of change back. He had no dollar bills in his register and the supervisor had to go back to get some out of the safe. While she was gone, another employee said she was going to the subway next door so my cashier just left and went with her. It all felt very unprofessional and like they don't care about their customers at all.
on 2/09/2022 at around 9:17 pm.i waited 5 minutes for my order to be taken and the young lady came out of the back playing and laughing loudly on her phone. she seemed very immature when she finally took my order. when i asked for her name she chuckled under her breath and reluctantly gave it to me. the entire store seemed unkept and smelt like burnt plastic. the food was cold and meat was not thoroughly cooked. i was not going to even waste my time making this review but it has been heavily sitting on my mind. do NOT come to this wendys (especially at night) if you want to be treated with respect.
Literally was the only customer. Went back to my truck to discover they gave me and my 3 year old cold chicken nuggets. There’s nothing worse than cold chicken nuggets. I didn’t even bother going back in complaining. Not worth it. I’ll just remember next time to check my food before leaving, and just have them make it fresh next time.

My order was incorrect, and when I asked to have my food made properly I was treated like I just asked for them to handover their first born child. Please note that I work in a service industry so I ALWAYS treat my fellow service industriers with politeness and respect. I know we're all burnt out, but the employees at this location could have done so much better.
Drove over a hour to this location in orange tx, arrived at 11:10pm and was informed they was short staffed and wouldnt cook my food because they had to close early due employee shortage , so. Long trip no foodVery dissatisfied

Why do they have a drive thru when they refuse to take orders from it? I had a mobile order and they insisted I come inside to pick it up. Really? Is it easier to place it on the counter or hand it through the window? They were not accepting any drive thru orders.They didn't have any ice, said they haven't had ice for 4 days??? Why not go buy some bags of ice to serve your customers???My salad didn't have chicken, the kids meals had onions and pickles after being ordered without onions or pickles. I had to go back to the counter and get the rest of my order they forgot to give me.There were only 2 other customers. I can see why...
