One star is too much! Raw hashbrowns. Ham and cheese omelet with cold unmelted cheese. Cheeseburger burned and dried out. No offer of refill on drinks. No offer of anything. No salsa, said it was discontinued. Didn't even offer our meal ticket. Just laid it on the napkin holder in front of us. Waitress sucked, cook sucked, food sucked. Waffle house on hwy 62 sucks!
The food is good I just think the cooks need to be a little more careful and should double check the food before they put it out. I had egg shells and the hash brown potatoes weren't cooked consistently. One side was a bit undercooked and the other was burnt. I understand getting food out in a fast manner is the goal but all of that goes out the window when the food doesn't come out to the customers expectations.

They forgot to put cheese on my food so they decided to do it after the grits and the rest of the food was so cold that it didn't melt the cheese everything was bland and cold best thing I had was my cup of water the waffle was so flat the the lady told me she would remake me another one I didn't even have to say anything to her it was obvious unfortunately she came back with a new waffle in the same condition ??♂️
We’ve been here for 10 minutes and still haven’t gotten any service. She told us to give her a moment and it’s been a VERY LONG moment
Ms. Angie is the main reason why we go back to this place. We always wait for her table. She is so kind and humble. Our food is always on point. Her joy always lifted our spirits and we always walk out this door with a happy heart. We you love Ms. Angie
Food was cooked good and the staff friendly. However when I looked around the place was a huge mess. The waffle station was a complete nasty disaster, grease traps over flowing. We will not return if this is how they wanna keep it.
We had breakfast this morning and the service was fast and the food hot. Waffle House is definitely my favorite breakfast spot.
