Never get my order wrong and their ice machine is always working. The employees at the window are killing it each time. Tons of sauce packets and always smiling and friendly. #ChickenChulpa #NachoCheese ?
I always loved Taco Bell,my favorite was the Mexican pizza,the pintos and beans,and the taco bell grande. But the took away the Mexican pizza and the pintos and beans. It was so popular I don't understand why they took it away. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK PLEASE .
The lady working was very rude and disrespectful. She gave us the wrong order and was not very helpful.
WORST Taco Bell location I have EVER been to. At approx. 1:05pm on 02/19/2022 the woman working the window argued with me about an order that I had placed online, and had me redirected to the other store located in Orange, TX. I called the other location, and asked them about my online order. They hadn't had it, so I had called my gf to ensure it was placed correctly, and it was. I had to drive back to that Taco Bell, and listen to the woman at the window swear up and down about how they DONT have any online order. I ensured her that the progress on the app shows its being made, and she told me it cant be made, if they don't have it. She was finally corrected by a fellow co worker, about my order, and has me pull through. Didn't ONCE say sorry about anything she said or occurred throughout the transaction. What happened to Taco Bell's customer service??
It was so Delicious! I had the Chicken Power Bowl with extra chicken! So fresh...nice Employees very polite!

The crew were very nice and provided fast service. They had accidentally messed up my order and immediately fixed the problem with speedy service and a smile. :)
I always have to special order some we items. They oblige me without complaint. That is excellent. I wish they would indicate which ones are special so I don't have to take all t he items apart to find the special ones.
