It's getting worse. Seriously needs workers with better attitudes. Needs workers period. Today in dine in the have a 15 person wait. While they only worked on drive thru orders and filled in dine in orders as they could.
I've been here before and had quick, great service. But on 5/17 after 5:30 ish they had a really big rush and were short staffed, so it took about 25 minutes to get my order. I've worked in fast food so I didn't mind (it tasted delicious), but this one lady cussed out the staff and was super rude to them. The manager handled herself well. I'll be back
Sat in the drive thru for over thirty minutes. The opposite of the definition of fast food. Will not be back. There’s only one star because I can’t leave a review with zero stars.
Told me I had to come inside to get my mobile order. Never had to do this at any other Taco Bell. Fix this please. I understand the door dash orders but I have children, I need to order a lot, and i can’t necessarily run inside to get the food when those kids are in the car.
Ordered a mobile order on the app- I was given the option on the app to go through the drive through once I got in the drive through line I was told that I could not pick up my Mobil order in the drive through line - even though I was already in the line behind 4 other people I had to wait in the line and then go inside to get my order because they refused to hand me my order through the drive through window - don’t make it an option if you don’t do it!
Currently sitting in the drive through on a Sunday afternoon and the line isn’t moving. Whataburger is faster.
The service at this location is always very good.
Fast inexpensive and good size portions!
The location & staff are not the issues, it's the food. Got a combo with burrito supreme & hard shell supreme taco & drink. Burrito was like slop. Think the ice/soda machine is dirty. Tasted like mildew.
