Wrong food and it Took forever.We went to stall 18 and pressed the button for service, several times, but no one ever answered. So eventually we figured the button must have been broken and we went to the drive through. The intercom there worked, but not very well. I had to yell into it. Then at the window she told me the price but it was too high. She thought I wanted 4 burgers when I only wanted 3, but she said the correct burgers. 27 minutes later she gave us our burgers and we drove off, anxious to finally get away. Remember we were in the stall for a while before going to the drive through. Then we opened up our burgers, only to find that the ones I ordered for my picky kids were wrong and they refused to eat them.
We stopped here on 5/12/2022 to get something cold and creamy to drink. My wife ordered a small "Chocolate Classic Shake" and I ordered a medium "Blast made with OREO Cookie Pieces." My wife's milkshake was barely chocolate. It wasn't vanilla white but it certainly didn't look like chocolate. She said it didn't *taste* like chocolate either.My Blast was... completely disappointing. Oreo should revoke its permission to use its name in these products. Or it might just be this location in Orange, but what they put on top of and at the bottom of my blast was NOT Oreos. They were lighter in color, flatter, and they were stale! It was also not blended well - most of the 'not-Oreos' were at the bottom of the cup.Did I bring it back or complain? Of course not! I was traveling!Will I be back to any Sonic? Unlikely. Will I be back at this Sonic? NEVER!The only redeeming aspect to our visit was our server. She was pleasant.
We stopped at this Sonic on a road trip, and the bathroom was unavailable "because of COVID" but it appeared to be because the employees didn't want to get the bathroom set up and cleaned for costumers. After A couple of prime used the restroom, we were locked out before all individuals could use the facilities.As for quality of food, our threeDr Pepper drinks were fine. The limeade was not fine, and far too limey. The mozerrela sticks were missing the cheese inside. The tator-tots tasted bitter and were overdone.We weren't given a receipt, and used the online app so I am unable to leave a corporate review.
Quick and easy bite right off the highway. And definitely better than whatever you could get at the truck stop across the road.
Very slow, only brought half my order after 30 minutes of waiting and had to wait another 10 for our drinks and icecream.
Awesome service this morning. I ordered buffalo popcorn chicken for breakfast so it took a little longer because they cooked them fresh for me. Totally worth it! It was delicious.
Food was greasy but the staff tried to do their best to correct the situation
Terrible. I'll been to this location multiple times and almost Everytime I showed up they won't ever take my order in the drive thru. Sat there for probably 10 minutes today . I'll never go back
It's hard to get the person working drive thru, we waited fir 3-4 minutes before our order was taken.
Sat in a stall for 10 maybe 15 minutes, after pushing the order button, waiting on someone to come on the speaker. They had an employee, off duty, come up to my car to take my order and so I just drove off instead. She had on regular clothes like shorts and a long tshirt, no shoes, long hair let down not tied up and she didn't wash her hands before getting out of her vehicle to take my order. Nobody inside was busy and I was the only car there at the time. It was 830pm at the time so I understand they were dead but it was very disappointing beings as I am.. or was... a loyal regular customer there. No more.
