This experience was a great experience today. The manager's team was on point with good service, freshness and confidence to take of lunch rush customers. The front counter person this shift really nicely handled the customers in the lobby with helpful gestures in his service to Us. Thanks for giving Us something positive to report to corporate??
Really nice people.Really good food.Unfortunately the service was soooo slow. I realize it was Friday night but 35 minutes from ordering to getting food is unreasonable to me.

Was there today! Young man Ruben was working the register. The manager had to tell him to get up there and wait on me for my order. Then as I was waiting another customer drove up and he(Ruben) was sitting in the dinning room and spoke to the customer so rude. This is unacceptable! There is more but my point is if this is who they think represents Popeyes best they will loose lots of customers!
Sunday after church is real busy and they worked hard to fill all orders ASAP. while smiling. Great job by everyone, everything was tasty. Keep up the good work!
This Popeyes ALWAYS forgets something ??♀️ might be a spoon, napkins, drink, apple pie??♀️ the grease isn’t always fresh either. I really love Popeyes but hate this particular ones quality. Plz choose KFC if ur ever in orange and wanted fried chicken… and don’t even get me started on church’s chicken… writing their review Next …
Service here can vary day to day. They are always out of things. Chicken here can vary on freshness depending on the time of day. Popeyes sides make up the difference.
