Always remember to bring cash to this location. Drive thru person always makes that super clear when I come here. I have only come here once where they didn’t expect cash and I have been here about 6 times now. ?♀️Food typically isn’t too bad. Depends on who is working
It was still breakfast time when I got in line, nobody working the register, by the time they came back and took care of the customer in front of me, with five minutes still to go on breakfast time, they said I was too late for breakfast. This McDonald’s has the worst customer service!

Very slow service inside and even curbside. Was not fast food at all and then we didn't even get what we ordered and it was going to take even longer to get what we did order.

It was terrible!! We figured we'd eat in and there weren't many people inside. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to get an order for two just to have the order be wrong. But since we decided to take it to go after all since it took so long, we weren't able to get it corrected. Plus the food wasn't even good! I should have walked out like other customers did. Never going back!!!!
The food was good, burgers hot and fresh. BUT the service was POOR. Ordered using one of the kiosks. Got my food and a coffee quick. But they didn't give us an iced tea and a cup for a soft drink that we had on the order. It was very difficult to get attention from the staff to get the missing items. They ignored us. They were in the back talking and playing around. No one was monitoring the counter.
I can't tell you the last time I had fries as hot as I got here. They were perfect not super salty either. They were amazing lol. The app wasn't working to get my 3$ off 15$ but the manager on duty fixed it and gave it to me & even with that the line moved really fast. They were definitely on it yesterday. ??
As a truck driver I frequently pass thru here. But for the third time in a month, fries were undercooked, mcchicken was hard as if it was old and I received a mcdouble(also old) not my double cheese. Front counter rep just said what do you want today, without a greeting. Also as a former manager of Macdonalds, I can tell the difference in morning and night shift service. There is no s.o.s nor any s.o.u in regards to getting orders done. They were speaking on whose on and off the clock instead of completing orders. By far the least professional service I received over the years working and eating at a Macdonald, but it could be better. My advice, retrain staff from the kitchen to front counter.
