Went there for just 2 hot n spicy’s waited almost 40 minutes In drive thru they need to be shut down and plus they have bad attitudes ??
I ordered on the app because it says they are open until 11. Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one answered. I pulled up to the window, 2 people saw me and proceeded to ignore me while i sat there not knowing what was going on. Someone FINALLY came to the window after i had been sitting there for another 4-5 minutes for her to come and tell me that they are closed… no signs anywhere stating they were closing early.
Kudos to McDonalds in orange Texas for having an ice cream machine that's not broken!!!! Thank you!

Took the grandkids today for lunch staff has improved greatly store wasn't so clean had food on floor and several of the sodas were out in the fountain machine.
The food is usually pretty good but not tonight (3-26-22). Wilted lettuce, wilted tomatoes, wilted fries and stale chicken nuggets. My daughter had to go in after they gave her the food because they didn't give her the whole order. They really need to start paying attention.
It took 27mins to get my food and I went in to order and had a small order. Also the frappe machine was nasty. The inside was very dirty. The burgers were very wet because they weren't doing the meat long enough to get it hot. There also letting homeless sit outside the door and ask for money.
Things were not kept up in the restaurant. No straws, paper napkins, no ice. The ice machine was broken. We stood in the same spot waiting to get waited on for several minutes while the staff talked a visited then one girl finally turned around and asked did we need any help...we said yes, we were standing by the counter wanting to place an order, she said oh, I thought you were waiting on someone or something!! She took our order then we find out they didn't have supplies needed as we listened to various conversations amongst the employees. I asked about a manager she told me he was busy in the back room working on paperwork. Pretty poorly ran.
Worst service ever. Was argued with over a happy meal and wether the drink was included in price or not. Terrible attitudes. Me and my children were scared to eat our food due to fear of the horrible people working there tampering with it. Second time I have been to this location and I will never again go to this one. The first time I waited at the mike over 15 minutes and no one came to take the order and they were on the other side of the building at a car smoking cigarettes and cutting up.
My family and I were traveling home, and we stopped here for a break. The employees were so nice and friendly. I wish our McDonald's was the same.
