The most disorganized system I’ve ever seen in any restaurant. I went in to order a simple single pepperoni pizza. My order never got put in, because the employee taking orders took in 4 other orders without writing anything down, or putting anything in the system. Then, while we we’re all getting frustrated, the employees began to bad mouth the customers for getting upset about all the disorganized madness going on. I ended up leaving the location without my order. Never will I be back to this location.
I like little Caesars but lately I have been waiting 30 minutes sometimes longer for a pizza, and before maybe 15 minutes. Don't know if the behind our the staff can't handle the work. But I do miss eating there.
Love this place but O so Slow 30 minutes for one order of wings
This is the worst pizza place I have ever been too. There was a customer complaining about the girl behind the counter playing with her hair and her phone. She washed her hands with water and continued to put her hair up. When she had talk to the manager he had greasy hair and wiped his nose after hearing what she had to say. She recently came in because her food was cold. It was a 30 min wait with 3 people in the restaurant. After coming home to find they messed up my whole pizza.
Their crust is outstanding and the not as acidic sauce are just right with great add ons and prices.
Everytime I come here there us an issue. Either my order is wrong, they give me the wrong order or the wait is crazy. I called my order in. They said it would be ready in 7 minutes. I show up 20 minutes later and it's still not ready. 1 hour later I'm finally getting my food. And it wasn't just me. Every single person had been waiting over an hour. The store and parking lot were packed.
I too would give minus stars. I have gone there multiple times to the drive through/pick up window to get the promoted "Hot and Ready" pizza. (lol) No one ever comes to the window. I can see them inside but they do not come to the window. I have waited and inordinate amount of time but no service. This took place a minimum of three times. Probably not going back.
I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve tried several times to get pizza. It’s always later than they say, which would be fine if they weren’t rude about it. Today was the final straw, I ordered pizza, got there 20 minutes later, waited in line for 40 minutes, to be told they had a rush and didn’t get to our pizza because they “ran out of stuff.” The girl rolled her eyes when we questioned why they gave our already ordered pizza away. There was a huge line inside and out with no one being served and no real explanations of why. I do not recommend going here unless you plan on getting your pizza late/not at all and incorrect.
Food 5 stars workers 4.5 stars had to wait 1.5 hrs for pizza 1star so overall 3stars
I waited in the Drive-Thru line for 48 minutes before they even come out to help me then she told me I was going to have to wait because she's not logged into the drive-thru register I don't understand what's going on with these folks 48 minutes in the Drive-Thru
