Ate there for the 1st time yesterday. Their chick is great has very good flavor. Thier fried okra is also very good. Will definitely eat there again!
Fast. Polite, lukewarm chicken, piping hot dirty rice. Why to much mix in the lemonade. Ice cream machine was "broken"
The chicken was old and dried out like it has been there all day. I can not rate any lower than this or I would. I'll never go to this restaurant again. I went through drive through if it wasn't 20 miles away I would have brought it back. The Okra was hard as a rock the food was just nasty I can not say enough bad about this place. I don't rate places but this is terrible.
Customer service no longer exists. I placed my order and was given my total at the drive thru speaker. I get to the window and the young lady recalls an order that isn’t mines. I tell her that’s not what I ordered. She repeats another order that isn’t mines. I tell her what I ordered and she proceeds to rudely close the window on me without saying anything. The manager comes to the window and the customer service does not improve. No apology and I was treated poorly for their mistakes.
Food was ok, expensive, service very slow. Ordered on app 15 mins prior and waited 20 mins at store for food. Called customer service number, left message, 1 week passed and still no response. Poor customer service for a new business in this area. Had my hopes up. ?Popeyes still better. Cust service contacted me about poor review, said to fill out customer contact form online. I did and 2 weeks gone by and still no response. Terrible company. Don't recommend.
Great food! Only thing I have to criticize is the length of time we waited. We were there for more than 20 minutes, waiting in the dine in lobby to get our food to go while everyone in drive thru was getting their food quickly.
Clean bathrooms and dining area, quick service and the rolls are the best fast food rolls I have ever had! The tenders aren't too greasy and they even have a selection of salads. 5/5 would eat here again!
Hands down the best chicken i have ever had. The staff was 2nd to NONE!!!! The side were amazing all of them but the dirt rice taste go good it makes you wanna slap yo Momma.....bravo golden chick bravo ? ???
The first time I went I ordered the family combo that was lil almost $50 a bit pricey I didn't get my dinner tools and the sides where small. The chicken was ok. But then the second time I went and their boneless wings was super bomb their tenders very good. Compared to raisin canes it's just as good as theirs! I'd go again for their tenders and wings
Very good , fried batter is one of a kind and the rolls are great. Made Like a place that was in orange in the 80's aims fried chicken. Cornnuggets and okra are good
