My husband went to Orange today to get something from Home Depot. The check out time on his receipt from Home Depot was 11:03 a.m. I asked my husband to get me an order to go of soup and spinach queso dip because I looked at the time Chilis opens on-line which clearly states 11:00 a.m. My husband was greeted at the door of Chilis (he was the only customer) and he stated he wanted to place an order to go. Rather then take the order, he was instructed to go outside and around to the order to pick up station. This is ridiculous and very poor service.
We had an amazing experience here today! If you have a big 8 family like we do you’ll want to ask for Madison, she was a PHENOMENAL waitress who deserves a pay raise! She not only checked on us not to much but just enough to refill our drinks, make sure we had any and everything that we could possibly need, ext. If you ever go here again ask for Madison and you will not be disappointed! Will most definitely be eating here again with Madison as our waitress!!
The food is so good and the atmosphere is cool and the coworkers are very nice. It would be nice if they had little TV on the booth for people who want to watch the game or something else.
I have had 2 recent experiences with Chills. Both times were exceptionally well. Each time my food was ordered via Chillis app. One order was deliverd by door dash. The other was a curbside pick up. Each time the food was excellent. My first ordered was steak loaded mashed potatoes, broccoli and cheese garlic bread and blackberry tea , chips and salsa and fried pickles .. with delivery and tip I spent about $ 43.00.My second and most recent order was Shrimp tacos, (shrimp tacos were loaded with shrimp ) mexican rice, street corn, fried pickles and a free chips and salsa curbside pickup with a total of $ 23.00 very reasonable price with superb service and great food. Yum!!
I always order the same thing, bacon chicken quesadilla and they never put the ranch in my to go order!!! Never! I have to specifically ask the lady in the to go section to check when l order! Sometimes l forget to do their job as l have one of my own; but again today it was forgotten! So l drove back to get it, yet again without checking my order and this is the greasy mess l got today! As you can see so much bacon and almost no chicken. Matter of fact, l started eating one and realized there wasn’t any chicken in it so l opened up each one and this is what l got! It was way too greasy due to the amount of bacon. Today was my last attempt to eat here; even after giving me a $5 gift card for having to go back for sauce, it is just too lacking in care of customers!
They were under staffed the day I went. Instead of curbside service I had to go in and wait. Food was good.
Decent food well made just kind of costly prices, staff attentiveness is kind of slow.
When you can actually get an order placed it's OK. Chili's as a whole is kind of bland food. They keep it really short staffed here, so pay attention to your order and make sure you get everything you paid for.
Idk what it was, but today was awful. Waited 20 minutes just to be acknowledged in a mostly empty room, for a Doordash order. Then had to wait 20 more minutes for the food. The order was originally supposed to be picked up half an hour before I received the food. Meanwhile I watched 5 orders and 4 customers be completely taken care of before anyone even spoke to me
Everything was great except for the hostess that seated us. Made us very uncomfortable as she was extremely rude to various coworkers while walking us back to our table. Food was great and our waitress was great but that hostess needs to check herself.
