Hands down the worst experience!! Simply ordered two double whopper combos.. waited 40 mins.. then an employee comes out to see if I had an order.. I showed my receipt. The manager then argues with the employee telling him I had something else when he looked at my ticket.. he then comes back to the car to confirm my order.. wait another 10 mins then the food I received wasn’t even what I had waited an hour for!!!! They were single patties and both made incorrectly. Went back through the drive thru and the manager got mad due to them shutting down for the night.. decided to remake my burgers but kept they my fries…waited 10 mins and the burgers were still wrong!!!! Will not be going back to this location again!!!
Went by for a snack after driving school. It was great. The young lady that waited on us was very courteous.
6 cars in drive through, took about 3 to 4 min per car, was inline for a out 20min/very slow drive through. Took 21 minutes to get my food: fries where half empty, sticking together and over salted, no napkins, drink was filled almost to the top with I e, only about 6oz of soda in a 32oz drink, and burger was smashed
Rude staff and when food is wrong and you say something they get rude. Will never come back. Get control of your employees especially the front counter lady today.
Literally only thing served at proper temperature was the shakes. Everything else was cold and old, and they would not remake it.
The new manager is awesome she motivates her time well

Upsized my fries n still got smalls after I had to tell them at the window because u have to yell at the at the intercom. Food was good service was iffy but the fact they can't hear your order sux fix ur equipment burger king
One of the best locations. Way better than in-town. The new Chi-King is great!
