Food is always great but the managers attitude is terrible. If you get food order ahead and add about 20 minutes to whatever wait time they tell you. Order is never ever ready by the time you get there.There’s been several times I waited the max recommended wait time that the app suggests before even leaving the house ( 10 minutes away ) and show up to the food STILL not ready.
I ordered all drums, it didn’t happen. I ordered them cooked crispy. it didn’t happen. I had to remind them for the ranch dressing. It’s always a cluster @#%¥ there. I won’t go there again. This survey won’t let me post unless I give at least 1 star. I’m going to put a star to be able to post but i would actually like to give them a slap in the face for the terrible service. (NO STAR!)
Placed order, estimated time was 16-21 minutes. I got there after about 25 minutes, and a crew of eight hadn’t even started my order until I got there. I was the ONLY customer in the restaurant. Even when I got there and claimed I was there for a pickup order, it took them another 20 minutes to make the order from scratch. I will now be 20 minutes late to a job site 95 miles away because of their lack of motivation and incompetence. I will not be back for a long time.
They did a good job on preparing our order.The Young lady at the counter communicated well taking our order.The older gentleman working there was very personable. He was sharing a little life wisdom with my teenage son. He actually got my son to smile. The lady that calls your name and hands you the food was, clear, professional and confident.Our wings were good.
Ridiculous!!Placed a online order that took over an hour. Went in multiple times each time was told it would be 15-20 minutes more.I was not the only unhappy customer either

in my experience it is the worst place to order online. You get the notification that your order is complete after 58 minutes and when you arrive they tell you that you have to wait 20 more minutes because there are 11 tickets ahead of you. The worst thing is that you don't have time to wait and you cancel your order and they tell you that they will refund you in 2 or 3 days.
They told us to wait for 30 minutes and ended being an hour and when we came home, we had regular fries and not fries with cheese as we ordered, so after waiting all that time they messed up our order, not going there again.
Ordered My Food 30 minutes ahead to be ready so when I got There Our Food Would be Ready .. I got there 20 minutes late and still my order was not Ready .What's the purpose of calling in a order ahead of time .. I usually don't grip but I'm on lunch that was the purpose of the call in so I would have enough time to eat .
Another Odessa restaurant that cannot handle its own customer base. The tables are not even close to full and I am forced to cancel an order I have a 30 minute head-start on because I have to wait another 15 minutes for.....??? I write this to urge people that this a location in the city that does not comply with their online service whatsoever, so do not expect timely service, or professional attitudes.
