There’s not really a title that covers workers preparing pizzas with no gloves. We’ve used this Pizza Hut for decades, but jeez.... keeping employees is so hard that you now allow nasty germs! No thanks!!!
I went to this Pizza Hut yesterday at 5:30. There was only one other table being used. I sat there with my two grandbabies for 20 minutes waiting for someone to wait on us. I watched as people came in and received their to go orders but I counted 6 employees and no one would wait on us including the lady who was the manager in charge. She continued to fold boxes even when I complained about not being waited on. She should not be in charge of any business.
I've made my order at 9:09 pm and arrived at 11:11 pm. It was cold and as I was at the hotel, I had to go out of my room to reheat it at the lobby. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
It was awful. Spent 40 mins for just wings and they were dry and just tasted awful.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It took 1 1/2 hrs to get 1 pizza thn to top it off it was still not cooked very well. Service was very slow too. Plus they made the carry-outs first before the customers that were dining in. Very disappointed customer

Ordered pizza for delivery. Our pizza arrived right on time and the delivery man was very nice. The pizza was a little overcooked, but overall the pizza tasted great and showed up on time so I was happy.
Ordered am Hawaiian Pizza to eat in and a Spaghetti to go. The Pizza was great but when we got back to our hotel we found that our Spaghetti was not spaghetti at all but some sort of pasta with Spaghetti sauce. Service was slow too which was odd as it was 4.30pm and we were the only ones in the restaurant.
