Good food
I ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon rolls online and it said 40-50 minute delivery. After 50 min went by with the tracker still stating that my pizza was being made, I called to confirm status. Was told they were “behind” and it would be 20-30 more minutes. As we reached the 2 hour mark, my father just drove to the store to pick it up and they hadn’t even started to make my food yet.
This Pizza Hut has the worst service. I have been hung up 4 times today. I can hear employee cursing in the background, a manager saying “I ain’t getting that phone.” I heard the manager giving credits. Our arrived cold and our drink was hot.
Staff sucks didn’t give me discount I asked for and the food was trash
Unfortunately slow service, we had ordered a pizza online for the convenience of it, but it took even more than 30 min to get our pizza seeing others getting their pizza
NEVER AGAIN!!!!! My wife placed an order at 5:30p and didn't get it until 7:45p. Over a 2 hour and 15 min wait. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! To add insult to injury, our food was cold and dry. COMPLETELY 100% UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!
Met an employee named Anthony tonight. Ordered our usual and when he was delivering our food, he told us about a blend on thg he wings that he does, then he made some for us to try. Fantastic, you have got to go in and ask for Anthony and his wing blend. It is a mix of lemon pepper, cajun seasoning, bbq sauce and a hot sauce. Some of the best wings I have ever had. Service was fast and food was great.
Disappointing..... staff is not professional starting with management... lots of profanity and poor service. Order all wrong. Hair in our food...lots of chaos and disorganization.
Order taking longer than what the app said. And they also missed some of small order like ranch. I ordered 2 and forgot to check only to find out when eating at home
There was I my one cook for a Friday night. No one came to take our order after waiting 20 minutes. We cleaned our own table and still were never acknowledged. We just got up and left.
