I ordered a hatch green chili jr burger I got a cheeseburger! Took it back in and got a cheeseburger with green chilis on it. Took it back in got a green chili burger no cheese. Ask for a manager one never showed up. The girl who took my order took the burger back and they put cheddar cheese on it! 4 times and still didn’t get the order right! I can understand 1 time but come on!
We have always had a good experience here, but for some reason today they couldn’t get our order correct. We ordered a patty melt with onion rings, fish filets, with fries and a burger with onion rings pretty easy right? So we get the patty melt with fries a fish sandwich with fries and a burger with onion rings. Now I live about 5-10 miles from the restaurant and they want me to come back with the receipt to replace the meal and then they hang up on me. Awesome customer
Great for the late night 8 hr drive to work. Always open and good burgers.
So I came to this location for lunch. And I do have to say that they do get busy at times but the service is great. Even when they are at their busiest, the time to get your food is within reason. The staff is helpful and courteous. The parking lot is a average but tight. So be mindful of that. I do recommend this location.
THE MILKSHAKE MACHINE WORKS!!! Pulled up and cars were in line all the way around the building but being one of the two 24 hour eating establishments in Odessa, I too got in line. In less than 7 min I was placing my order, less than 12 was on the way home.
1st time @ andrews hwy odessa. Impressed, quick ordering. Food served quickly in spotless dining room. Friendly staff. Best whataburger in town!

Twice now we've gone to this location, at least 2 months apart, and the order was completely incorrect both times. First time this happened I saw it as a fluke, but second time just shows this location is lacking in service training. I won't be going back to this location.
This is usually my go to Whataburger. It's the one closest to me so it's convenient but I will no longer be stopping by. Tonight my youngest daugter found a dark and curly pubic hair in her french fries. She was so disgusted and so was I. It was so disappointing considering we eat there often. I called the manager and he was very nice and apologetic. We took the food back and he refunded us but I can't convince myself to return here. We really love Whataburger but whoever went to the bathroom and didn't practice good hygiene afterwards, has ruined it for us.
