They took about 25 minutes to give my food, my gravy was cold like if was on the fridge, the fries are also kind of cold and they didn't give me my toast that is part of the meal...I ask for a cheese burger with grilled onions and dry, they give me a hamburger with onions only , no Lettuce, no tomatoes...My ticket show the correct order...
I don't know anyone else's experience, but I don't think I've ever had bad whataburger. I can say the same about this one!
All tables dirty, food cold, and very self centered staff (more worried about their phones and breaks vs the customers. Really need an experienced manager to shape this place back up.
Great place totally recommend but the 8th St and Andrews hwy location in Odessa. East 42 ND people are rude like they hate their jobs there.
My first time trying Whataburger, the patty melt was great, perfectly cooked, I just didn't like the shoestring fries, I like thicker fries, maybe give a choice of fries, thick or thin.... otherwise happy with the meal. Service was very good too.

Always check your orders! I haven’t learned my lesson. I think I’ve received my order maybe once. I didn’t even bother calling.
This is Texas icon! What I received tonight was insulting. It took 2 hours to get my food, and this was what I got. Not only was it burnt but it was cold, and not room temperature cold like outside right now cold. The French fries were so cold and hard my dog didn’t even wanna eat them. She eats ANYTHING, including literal poop. So that speaks volumes right there.
I ordered food and picked it up. What was there was good but when I got home I discovered that the fried pie that I ordered was left out of the order. I was disappointed.
Got the order for my friend right. Actually had me wait in the right parking spot after ordering chicken. No complaints on this day
